Have a 6-working-day annual paid leave aft

6、er working successively a year. Salary, bonus, allowance will be usual. 年休假必须当年用完全,隔年作废. Must be completed in same year, will become void in the next year,假期 Vacation,员工手册,13,补休假 Annual paid day-off for compensation,连续工作满一年,每年有6天带薪补休假。 Have a 6-day annual paid day-off for overtime compensation after

Salary, bonus, allowance will be usual. 补休假必须当年用完,隔年作废。 Must be completed in same year, will become void in the next year,假期 Vacation,员工手册,14,请假 Leave,病假 Sick leave,员工每月可以享有一个工作日带薪病假。如果员工该 月未休病假,则既不能累积,也无任何补偿。 The employee will have the right to have one paid day for si

8、ck leave every month that cant be accumulated or changed into remuneration even if he/she doesnt have a sick leave in the month. 一个日历月中,员工请病假2个工作日及以上,自第2 个工作日起,在扣除当月出勤奖后,按各地方政府规 定计发病假工资。 If the employees have sick leave more that two working days in a calendar month, his/her salary will be recalcula

Marry at a mature age will be treated according to local regulations. And will

10、 be paid salary during marriage leave. 如父母,配偶或子女去世,凭医院死亡通知书, 最长三天。丧假工资照发。 Parents,spouse or child goes off, have no more than 3 days funeral leave in the name of the Notification of Death.
