1、时间的演讲稿(4篇) hello, dear teachers and fellow students. it is my honor to be here on this beautiful friday morning to share with you my view on “me- time”. in my opinion,finding me-time is important. with the development of the modern society, we students in china have more and more pressure. we have t

2、o spare every minute to study very hard and join various kinds of out-of-class training courses to improve ourselves. so we are really in lack of me-time which is helpful to keep ourselves from being over-stressed、tired and worried. i do not have as much fun as before and i always miss my childhood.

3、 three hours of homework and two piano lessons one day _ke me have hardly any me-time to relax myself. i was on _ an active basketball player on my school team. but now, basketball, my best friend, i havent touched it for almost two months. me- time seems to have bee a luxury. last week, when i hear

4、d there was going to be a basketball _tch between our school and no 1 middle school, i was so excited that i rushed home and told my parents the news. i asked my father, “ dad, _y i play basketball after school ? the coach says i am the best guard in our school. if i join the school basketball team,

5、 we are sure to beat no 1 middle school this time.” my father showed his dispproval and said, “ of course you cant . im disappointed at you. why do you have such a silly idea? dont forget to work hard on your schoolwork and piano lessons.” in my parents points of view, playing basketball is a waste

6、of time as far as im con _rned, the school assig _ent to the junior school students is too heavy. to grow into healthy and well-rounded _s, we should be allowed to have more me-time for relaxation. the pressure put on our students by ex _ssive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy

7、physically and mentally. my dear teachers, i hope you can assign less homework so we students can enjoy a period of me-time. my dear parents, would you please not follow me and remind me of study all the time? please trust me that i will do my best. my dear friends, why not stop for a while from you

8、r heavy homework and do anything you like? its me-time. i do think, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to us students and to the society as a whole. finding me-time will _ke our life rich, colorful and rewardingthank you for your attention hello, my dear friends, it is my

9、 great honor to be here and give a speech. today i want to talk about the importan _ of finding *me time _y i begin my speech by asking you a question? do you often feel tired, stressed or worried? if you do have these problems, you are lack of me-time to relax yourself. psychologist _ us that stres

10、s is caused by too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pa _ of life . in my point of view, if you want to have a healthy mind and body, having your own me-time is very important let me take myself as an example. i was a carefree and outgoing girl before i entered the junior h

11、igh school. i had much me-time and did anything i like after class. i kept a lovely pet and whenever i have time i played with her happily. however, the situation is quite different now. when i want to turn on the tv、surf on the inter or go out shopping with my friends, my parents always look at me

12、seriously and say “ dont forget to spend more time on your lessons. if you dont cherish every minute of your time, other students will catch up with you.” so, every day, every moment, i am overwhelmed by all kinds of assig _ents. i bee more and more silent and cant sleep well before the exams becaus

13、e im dressed and worried about my results. i feel so tired and how i want to have me time to relax myself. i long for a period of time that i could walk in a s _ll path in the countryside, sing my favourite song and _ell the essen _ of nature my dear friends, having your own me-time is important. i

14、firmly believe that achievements depend on our health. if we want to have a more harmonious state to work better, we should find more *me time* and keep off the overwhelm stresses. talks, jokes, games, fresh air or beautiful s _nes will be helpful for you. trust me, youll be more refreshable and ene

16、ial oasion. well, i guess this is the oasion. he took the slip from me and put it on the bed, with the other clothes we were taking to the mortician. his hands lingered on the soft _terial for a moment, then he slammed the drawer shut and turned to me, dont ever save anything for a special oasion. e

17、very day you re alive is a special oasion. i remembered those words through the funeral and the days that followed when i helped him and my nie _ attend to all the sad chores that follow an unexpected death. i thought about them on the plane returning to california from the midwestern town where my

18、sisters family lives. i thought about all the things that she hadnt seen or heard or done. i thought about the things that she had done without realizing that they were special. im still thinking about his words, and theyve changed the weeds in the garden. im spending more time with my family and fr

19、iends and less time in mittee meetings. whenever possible, life should be a pattern of experien _ to savour, not endure. im trying to recognize these moment now and cherish them. im not saving anything; we use our good china and crystal for every special. event such as losing a pound, getting the si

20、nk unstopped, the first camellia blossom i wear my good blazer to the _rket if i feel like it. my theory is if i look prosperous, i can shell out $28. 49 for one s _ll bag of gro _ries without wincing. im not saving my good perfume for special parties; clerks in hardware stores and _ers in banks hav

21、e noses that function as well as my _ going friends. someday and one of these days are losing their grip on my vocabulary. if its worth seeing or hearing or doing, i want to see and hear and do it now. im not sure what my sister wouldve done had she know that she wouldnt be here for the tomorrow we

22、all take for granted. i think she would have called family members and a few close friends. she might have called a few former friends to apologize, and mend fen _s for past squabbles. i like to think she would have gone out for a chinese dinner, her favorite food. im guessing. ill never know. its t

23、hose little things left undone that would _ke me angry if i knew that my hours were limited. angry because i put off seeing good friends whom i was going to get in touch with someday. angry because i hadnt written _rtain letters that i intended to write one of these days. angry and sorry that i didn

24、t _ my hu _and and daughter often enough how much i truly love them. im trying very hard not to put off, hold back, or save anything that would add laughter and luster to our lives. and every morning when i open my eyes, i _ myself that every day, every minute, every breath truly, is. a gift from go

25、d. in this world, there is one thing that is very fair to everybody, whether you are a _le or fe _le, young or old, rich or poor. does anybody know what it is called? right. it is time. the topic i am going to present to you today is called “ treasure every minute”. to realize the value of one year,

26、 ask a student who failed a grade. to realize the value of one month, ask a mother who gave birth to a pre _ture baby. to realize the value of one week, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper. to realize the value of one hour, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet. to realize the value of one minute, ask a person who missed the train. to realize the value of one second, ask a person who just avoided an aident. to realize the value of one millisecond, ask the person w
