10、sandobligationsofPartyB Useful Documents seful Documents （一） 权利 （1）Rights 1、拥有依甲方委托管理其单位的治安的权利； 1. HasthesecuritymanagementrightentrustedbyPartyAonthesite; 2、拥有取得报酬的权利； 2. 11、二）义务 （ 2） Obligations 1、乙方指派名保安员负责甲方的安全护卫任务，其中必须有 2 名保安员具 有消防控制室上岗资格， 取得上岗证的培训费用由甲方承担， 但取得上岗证的保 安人员必须在甲方工作满一年， 否则，甲方有权从应付的保安费用中扣回相应的 培训费支出； 1. 14、ththelaws. 3 、发生在执勤区域内的刑事案件、 治安案件和治安灾害事故， 及时处理并 报告甲方和当地公安机关， 采取措施保护发案现场， 协助公安机关侦查各类治安 刑事案件，依法妥善处理责任范围内的其他突发事件。 3. 15、istpoliceinvestiga tingforcriminalorsecuritycases,properlyhandleduneGpectedeventsaccor dingtolawwithinthescopeofduty. 4、落实防火、防盗、防破坏等安全防范措施， 发现责任区域内的安全隐患， 及时报告甲方并协助予以处理。 4. 18、iforms （一）甲方在合同有效期内为乙方提供办公场所及更衣柜等； （1） PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithofficespaceanddressingCabinetwithintheco ntractvalidperiod; （二）保安员工作服装由乙方统一配备； （ 2） securityguardsworAuniformsshallunifiedequipbyPartyA; （三）保安员按甲方标准就餐。 （3）SecurityguardsshallrepastatthePartyAstandard. 第八条 ：合同的解除 :Termination 1、 双方协商解
