3、明施工 Housekeeping厂7理侵百服公司章NANJIHi L 4 :$TfhTIC*3N E:! 1 Illi5一、工程概况 Project profile本工程为扬巴二期精制环氧乙烷生产装置改造工程,位于扬巴Q4路南侧,EO装置西侧。其中包括五层钢筋砼框架(一层为7.5m*15m、二到四层为7.5m*12m、五层为7.5m*6m,顶标高为26.200m )、钢结构安装及设备基础, 建筑面积约450平方米,框架主体及设备基础砼标号为 C35。This is BYC IPS IIPEO product plant, located on south of Q4 road and west

4、 of EO plant. It invoIves five floors rebar concrete frames (first floor 7.5m*15m, second to fourth floor 7.5m*12m, the fifth 7.5m*6m,and top elevation 26.200m), steel2 structure in stallati on and equipme nt foun datio n, build ing area is about 450m,frame and equipme nt foun dati on con crete mark

16、all parts shall bewell con trolled to en sure it satisfy the requireme nt of unit con trol point andCon tractor :NCCproject progress.五、钢筋工程 Reinforcement work 1、钢筋的采购与供应 Purchase and supply of reinforcement钢筋的采购要及时,紧随进度计划,必须保证钢筋原材质量,选用南钢、沙钢、鞍钢等大型厂家生产的钢筋,严格按国家质量标准和相关程序验收钢筋。Purchas ing order of rein f

18、 procedures.2、钢筋的加工 Reinforcement processing(1) 钢筋加工流程:翻样一;画牌加工一;调直下料一;加工一;成型一;堆放一;质量 检查 移交绑扌L Reinforcementprocessing flow: over like barstraighte ning process stamp stockpili ng qualityinspection hand over for assembling(2) 钢筋调直 Bar straightening一级钢筋采用冷拉方法进行钢筋调直,冷拉率为 4%钢筋冷拉前长度不超 过50米,钢筋冷拉采用一端地锚承力,

20、t C435 MEIOWNER:BYCContractor :NCCRev.0对于钢筋的弯钩和弯折,一级钢筋末端做180度弯钩,其圆弧弯曲直径2.5d , 平直部分长度为3d,二、三级钢筋弯钩末端需做 90或135度弯折时,二级钢筋 圆弧弯曲直径为4d,三级钢筋圆弧弯曲直径为 5d。For bar hook and ben di ng, grade I bar shall make 180 degree hook at the end, with circular arc bending diameter of 2.5 d; the len gth of stirrup bend the st

21、raight partshall be 3d; whe n 90 or 135 degrees bending are required at the end of hooks for grade n ,川 respectively, circular arc bending diameters are 4d for grade n and 5d for grade 川.3、钢筋的连接与锚固 Connection and anchoring of reinforcement(1) 接头位置 Connection location框架梁同一截面受力钢筋的接头不宜超过总受力钢筋面积的50% Joi

22、nts of prin ciple bar at the same secti on of frame beams shall be no more tha n50% of the total size of prin ciple bar.框架梁的上部钢筋连接位置在跨中L/3内,下部钢筋连接位置必须在支座处L/3内。现浇楼面板中通长钢筋,板底钢筋连接位置应在支座处搭接,上部钢筋 在跨中搭接。The connection positi on of the upper rei nforceme nt of frame beams shall be within L / 3 span; the co

27、%寸Z =1.2,接头 面积百分率为 50%寸z =1.4,接头面积百分率为100%寸z =1.6。 Overlaplength |归= &, when the size percentage of overlapped rebar jointsw25%,=50%,=100%Z = 1.20, 1.4, 1.6 respectively.4、钢筋的绑扌L及安装 Assembling of reinforcement(1) 核对成型钢筋的钢号、直径、形状、尺寸和数量是否和下料单标牌相符,女口有错漏,应立即纟片正。Check the steel grade, diameter, shape, si

28、ze andqua ntity with bla nking si ngle label.(2) 钢筋用20号铁丝绑扎,铁丝长度约30公分左右。Bind with No. 20 steel wire with len gth of 300mm.(3) 套柱箍筋:按图纸要求间距计算好每根柱子箍筋数量,先将箍筋套在下层伸出的钢筋上,然后绑扎定位钢筋,立柱子钢筋。Stirrup for column sleeve: calculate the qua ntity of stirrups based on the required space of thedraw ing; put stirrup t

29、hrough the below exte nsion rein forceme nt; the n assemble and positi on to sta nd the rein forceme nt.(4) 柱竖向钢筋采用电渣压力焊,焊接应符合设计及有关规范要求,由于南通 建工已将柱竖向钢筋接头采用机械连接,所以要将接头割除、磨平后再采用电渣 压力焊。在立好的柱子竖向钢筋上按图纸要求划箍筋间距线。箍筋的接头应交错布置在柱四角纵向钢筋上,柱角钢筋与箍筋间用扎丝绑牢。Vertical colu mn rebar shall adopt slag weld ing as per releva

Mark space lines of stirrups on ready ve

Joints of stirrups shall be in terlaced around fours an gles of vertical rein forceme nt; bi nd an gle rein forceme nt with stirrups together with tie wire.(5) 梁板钢筋上层弯钩朝下,下层弯钩朝上。板、主梁、次梁交叉处,板筋在上,主梁筋在下。箍筋接头布置在两根纵向架立钢筋上。纵向受力钢筋为多层时, 层间垫以短钢筋来保护其间距。For beamand slab reinforcement,up

33、n betwee n layers for keep ing space.(6) 梁的下部钢筋不准在跨中1/3处连接,上部钢筋不准在支座处1/3范围内 连接。箍筋接头位置交错布置在两根架立钢筋上。Steel in the bottom of the beam shall be not conn ected at 1/3 of spa n; that of top beam shall notbe conn ected at 1/3 of support. Stirrup joints shall be in terlacedon twoerecti on bars.(7) 板钢筋从距墙或梁边5

34、公分开始绑扎,梁的箍筋从距墙或距梁边 5公分开 始绑扌L。Webreinforcement binding shall start at 50mmfrom wall or beam; binding of beam stirrup shall start at 50mm from wall or beam.(8) 板、次梁、主梁在交叉处,板钢筋在上,次梁钢筋在中,主梁钢筋在下。At the junction point of bracket, girder and beam, rein forceme nt ofCon tractor :NCCRev.bracket shall be top,

36、f structure desig n.5、技术、质量保证措施 Technical and quality assuranee measures(1)钢筋进场应具有原材质量证明文件,其质量必须符合有关标准的规定,钢筋的表面应洁净,无损伤、油渍、漆污和铁锈等在使用 前应清除干净。Reinforcement delivered to site shall have raw materials quality certificatedocuments; steel surfaces should be clean and free from damage,grease, paint and rust

37、 etc.(2)钢筋弯曲点不得有裂纹,一级钢筋只以进行一次调直和弯曲,其它级别的钢筋不宜二次调直和弯曲,钢筋加工的允许偏差必须符合施工程质量验收规范 的规定,加工好的钢筋要按配料单逐个验收,并分品种、规格、等级堆放。thebending point shall not have crack; gradeI reinforcement shall only beperformed once straighte ning and bending; other grades shall not be con ducted sec on dary straighte ning and bending;

Inspect the finishedbars as per picking list one by one; stack by varieties, specifications and grade.(3) 钢筋规格、形状、尺寸、数量、间距、锚固长度、接头位置必须符合设计及施工规范规定,电渣压力焊的接头性能必须符合有关技术规程的规定。Size,s

39、hape, size, number, spacing, anchor length, joint position of rebar shall meet the provisions of design and construction specification; functionof joints welded by slag shall comply with the provisi ons of the releva nt tech ni cal regulatio ns.(4)工程部根据进度计划提出的钢筋进场计划,尽可能地做到进场钢筋及时绑扎安装,减少现场钢筋存放量,少占用场地。

40、钢筋的堆放必须按规格、级别分类 堆放并标识,禁止混淆,加强钢筋的标识管理。Develop rebar mobilization plan as per progress schedule to ensure duly binding to less site space occupied. The stacking shall be sorted and marked as per specificationsand grade;stre ngthe n marki ng man ageme nt.(5)钢筋的翻样要按设计图纸,同时应满足设计上接头形式及位置的要求,搭接长度、弯钩等符合设计及施

44、proceed the next procedure after confined space in spect ion.(7)在浇灌筑平台混凝土前先用马凳搭做好支撑,保护已扎好的钢筋,确保钢 筋位置准确,必须有钢筋值班人员随时检查并修正损坏变形的钢筋。Prior tocon crete pouri ng, prepare support barricade for protecti on to en sureaccuracy of rebar position;there must be designated rebar person on dutyat any time to check

45、and modify deformati on.六、模板工程Formwork1、模板支设 Formwork erecti on(1) 构造合理,强度、刚度满足要求,牢固稳定,接缝严密,不漏浆。Proper structure; strength, stiffness shall meet the requirements, solid, stable, tight seams, no leakage of con crete.(2)依据工程结构形式、各项荷载、施工方法等进行设计,保证在施工过程中不变形、不破坏、不倒塌。Based on project structure, the engin

47、-upcon struct ionand reduci ng the on e-timeinv estme nt,in creas ing the turno vers to reduce work; impleme nt housekeep ing.(4) 柱模板 Column formwork安装时先在基础面或楼面上弹出柱的纵横轴线和四周边线,柱模施工时,应检查各边的垂直度和整体位置是否正确,并及时支撑拉牢。柱模要加箍,每隔 50cm左右加一道柱箍,柱梁交接处,要用木模配合支设,注意所有接头处模板要认真制作,拼缝严密。When erect, first mark edges and ver

49、ich shall be carefully fabricated with joint gap sealed.(5) 梁板模板 Beam formwork框架梁模板宜采用侧包底的支模法,便于拆除侧模以利周转,保留底模及支撑还有利于砼强度的增长,并保证梁表面的平整度和垂直度。当梁高于700mm时,用对拉螺栓在梁中部加以固定。支设较高梁模板时,可先安装梁的一侧模板, 梁钢筋绑扎好后再安另一侧模板。梁跨度在4m以上时应起拱,起拱高度为全跨的1/1000-3/1000。有梁板模板安装顺序应先支设梁底及两侧模板,再支设板底 模,注意控制模板标高。Erection of frame beamformwo

52、mwork with beam plate shall be first bottom of beam and both sides then bottom of plate; pay attention to elevation con trol.(6) 本工程各个构件施工前必须做好螺栓及预埋件的预制工作,螺栓及预埋件 的制作严格按照施工图纸的要求施工,螺栓及预埋件的材质、规格和尺寸要符合 设计要求,并出具相应的合格证。螺栓及预埋件的安装采用木模固定的方式进行 施工,固定的木制模具必须牢固,安装的位置、标高要控制在设计和规范要求的 范围内,经验收合格后,方可圭寸模。Prior to cons

54、th location,elevationaccordingto design and specifications;close formwork post in specti on.(7) 模板接缝处用胶带圭寸帖,防止漏浆。Seal formwork seam with tape to preve nt leakage of con crete.2、模板拆除 Formwork removal(1) 柱模板及梁侧模,应在砼强度能保证其表面及棱角不因拆除模板而受损时,Con tractor :NCCRev.方可拆除;对于框架梁底模应在与结构同条件养护的试块达到 75%虽度时,方可 拆模。重要结构
