2、PartyAwilli ngtodelegatePartyBforitssecurityma nageme nt matters,agreedthroughfrie ndlycon sultati on s,a ndsig nedthisc on tract.第一条：委托事项I :Delegation甲方将其单位的保安业务委托给乙方管理。PartyAwilli ngtodelegatePartyBforitssecurityma nageme ntmatters.(一) 维护甲方门前正常的工作秩序，禁止非本院车辆及无关人员进入；( 1 )Mai ntai nan ormalworAi ngor

3、deri nfron tgateofpartya,prohibiti ngnon-relev an tvehiclesa ndpers onn ele nteri ng;（二）外来人员需征得被访人同意，经登记后入内；（ 2 ）Outsiderrequiredthec onsen tofthevisit in gpeopleagreedthatup on registrat ionen try;（三）保证院内车辆有序停放；（3） InsurevehiclesparAedorderedinthesite;（四）做好夜间监控记录工作，同时做好夜间各种防范工作；（4）Aeep nightm on it

6、n forthesecurityguardsworAed inmon thly.第四条：保安标准IV :Securityguardsqualification乙方接受甲方依法提出的保安标准，保安人员标准如下：PartyBtaAesthesecuritysta ndardsofthePartyAaccordi ngtolaws,s ecuritystaffssta ndardsareasfollows:1、无前科劣迹；1. Nocrim inalrecord;2、无纹身；2、Notattoos3、年龄22 48周岁；3Ages22-48yearsold4、身高1.70米以上。4.Heightmo

7、rethe n1.70M.第五条：甲方的权利和义务V :RightsandobligationsofPartyA(一) 权利(1) Rights1、拥有对乙方的保安行为监督指导的权利；1. Haverightstosupervisio nan dguida ncePartyBssecurityactivity.2、拥有要求乙方确保执行保安标准的权利；HaverightstorequestPartyBtoe nsuretheimpleme ntatio nofsecuritystan dards;3、拥有对乙方重大保安管理措施的审定权；3.HaverightstoapprovePartyB sm

8、ajorsecuritymanagementmeasure s;4、拥有对乙方保安员辞退、调换、处罚的建议权，乙方应接受甲方建 议。4.Havesuggestrightsfordismissal,eGcha ngesa ndpun ishme ntrecomm endedofPartyB ssecurityguards,PartyBshouldbeacceptedtherecom men dati on.（二）义务（2）Obligations1、甲方有义务为乙方保安员提供必要的工作条件；1.Partyahastheobligatio nstoprovidethe necessaryc on d

9、itio nsofworAf orPartyB ssecuritypersonnel;2、提供必要的保安措施；2. Providethe necessarysecuritymeasures;3、向乙方按期支付保安费的义务。3. Obligatio nstopayPartyBforsecuritycosts on time.第六条：乙方的权利和义务W :RightsandobligationsofPartyB（一） 权利（1） Rights1、拥有依甲方委托管理其单位的治安的权利；1. Hasthesecurityma nageme ntrighte ntrustedbyPartyA on th

10、esite;2、拥有取得报酬的权利；2. Havetherighttogetrem un erati on;3、拥有要求甲方协助完成其保安管理的权利。3.HavearighttorequirethatPartyAtocooperateforitssecurityma nagemen tduty.（二）义务（2） Obligations1、乙方指派名保安员负责甲方的安全护卫任务，其中必须有2名保安员具有消防控制室上岗资格，取得上岗证的培训费用由甲方承担，但取得上岗证的保安人员必须在甲方工作满一年，否则，甲方有权从应付的保安费用中扣回相应的 培训费支出；1. 12、diturefromthesecuritycosts;2、 乙方保安员应严格按甲方委托事项完成规定的工作任务，确保甲方正常 的工作生活秩序。正确使用各种保安设施、设备。履行岗位职责要求，并遵守甲方符合法律规定和各项规章制度和保安职业道德守则。2.ThesecurityguardsofPartyBshouldcompletetheworAtasAsaccord in gtoPartyA sdelegationstrictly,ensurePartyAnormalworAingorder.Correct lyuseallofsecuritymeasuresa ndequipme nt.Perfor

13、mthedutiesrequireme nt s,andtoabidePartyA sprovisions,regulationsandcodeofprofessionalethic sforsecurityi neon formitywiththelaws.3、发生在执勤区域内的刑事案件、治安案件和治安灾害事故，及时处理并 报告甲方和当地公安机关，采取措施保护发案现场，协助公安机关侦查各类治安 刑事案件，依法妥善处理责任范围内的其他突发事件。3.In casesofcrimi nalcases,magistracycasesa ndsecuritydisastersoccurr edi nt

16、record,a ndprovidesecurityofficerspers onn elfiletothePartyA.6、乙方为保安人员配备制服及基本保安装备，并负责保安员的工资。6.PartyBshallequipwiththebasicsecurityequipme nta ndun iformsforse curitypers onn el,a ndisresp on sibleforthesecuritystaffwages.7、加强对保安员的在岗培训、监督和管理，确保安全服务的优质高效。7.Stren gthe nin gjobtra inin g,supervisi onan

17、dma nageme nton securityguards,e nsurehighqualitya ndefficie ncyofthesecurityservices.第七条：保安工作设施及服装的配备VD :Securityfacilityanduniforms(一)甲方在合同有效期内为乙方提供办公场所及更衣柜等；( 1 )PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithofficespacea nddressi ngCabi netwithi ntheco ntractvalidperiod;(二) 保安员工作服装由乙方统一配备；(2) securityguardsworAuni

18、formsshallunifiedequipbyPartyA;(三) 保安员按甲方标准就餐。(3) SecurityguardsshallrepastatthePartyAstandard.第八条：合同的解除W :Term in ati on双方协商解除;1. Termin atedbyc onsen susofbothParties2、合同期满；2. Con tracteGpired3、一方严重违约，使合同无法履行；3. Seriousbreachofaparty ,un abletofulfillthec on tract;4、因不可抗力使合同无法继续履行的。4. Causebyforce

19、majeurea ndcould notcon ti nu etofulfillthec on tract.第九条：在合同有效期内，经甲乙双方协商一致，可变更本合同。IX :Withinthevalidityperiodofthecontract,afterbothpartiesconsensus mayame ndthisc on tract.第十条：违约责任X :Breaching(一)甲方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因甲方擅自解除合 同给乙方造成损失的，甲方应予以赔偿。( 1 )PartyAshallstrictlyfulfilltheco ntractco nditio
