2、A1引言纳米材料的性能不仅取决于其化学成分，还与其粒子的结构和形貌密切相关。 绝大多数纳米材料的结构和形貌直接决定其应用性能，因此纳米材料的结构和形貌 控制研究成为当前材料科学研究的前沿和热点之一1-7 。目前低维和准一维结构的ITO纳米颗粒，如纳米球形，纳米针状9，纳米线10纳米棒10-12，和纳米管13，引 起了人们的极大重视。通常制备ITO颗粒的方法有共沉淀法8,10,12,14-15，气-液-固（VLS） 法16，溶胶凝胶法11，水热合成法17、喷雾燃烧法18,19和微乳法20。特别是共 沉淀法制备的产品纯度高和均一性好，粒度细，成分可控，且有可以控制物性和颗 粒形貌。通过添加表面活性

3、剂，如聚乙二醇，也能影响颗粒形貌的变化。Che n等21 用聚乙二醇为表面活性剂，使用氧化沉淀法成功合成了 FqQ纳米棒。在本研究工作 中，主要是利用添加表面活性剂PEG-100Q利用化学共沉淀法制备ITO前驱体，最终 获得ITO纳米棒，并进行形貌和结构等表征及其机理分析。制备的ITO纳米棒有望在基金项目：国家杰出青年科学基金资助项目（50725416）（项目要有编号）收到初稿日期：2008-11-20 （请在修改稿中注明）通讯作者：黄伯云作者简介：朱协彬（1964-），男，安徽滩溪人，博士，师承黄伯云教授，从事纳米复合氧化物研 究。用于制备纳米ITO涂料方面提高其隔热性能，有待做进一步研究。

4、2试验2. 1 ITO纳米棒的制备2.1.1试验试剂按照m(In 2Q)/ m(SnQ) = 9配制1mol/L的InCl 3溶液和相应比例的SnCb溶液并 混和，其中SnCl4溶液由结晶SnCl4 5F2Q溶于一定量的蒸馏水中配制而成。取上述 100ml混和溶液，加热并保持温度为 70C,此时加入1g的表面活性剂PEG-1OO0 充分搅拌成清亮的乳状液，滴加浓度为25履水进行水解，产生白色沉淀至pH值为 78,继续搅拌1h并陈化2h;用蒸馏水对沉淀物进.2. 2样品的性能及表征ITO纳米棒的形貌的分析用日本日立公司S-4800高分辨场发射扫描电镜，其能谱分析用Philips公司TecnalG

5、2 20型透射电子显微镜，在乙醇介质中超声分散20分钟后，在铜网碳膜上进行测定分析。样品物象和结构分析采用北科大仪器厂 XD98 型X射线衍射仪，CuKx辐射，波长为1.54056 X 10-4卩m分析。FT-IR光谱由美国 Nicolet傅立叶红外(FT-IR)光谱仪(Nexus)分析测定。3结果与讨论3.1表面形貌表征及其机理分析如图1所示为ITO纳米棒在煅烧温度700r下不同时间的SEh图像，从中观察可知 ITO纳米棒平均直径约为C 300nm 长度可达3000nm长径比可达10,且具有比较好 的分散性。随着煅烧时间的延长，ITO纳米棒的形貌不变，尺寸变化不大。这是因为 PEG-100唧
