13、 with dial indicators for adjusting the vertical position of the top roll in order to set a gap between the top and bottom rolls if desired . Top roll is driven with a variable speed motor and controllerdigital rpm tachometer capable of approximately 30 fpm (available in 110 or 220 Volt). Bottom rol

14、l is 6” diameter x 12” wide laser engraved gravure, driven with a variable speed motor and controller with digital rpm tachometer (available in 110 or 220 Volt, 30 rpm motor). A Stainless Steel coating pan mounts underneath the bottom roll for holding the coating mixture. The bottom roll rotates in

15、this coating pan and picks up the coating mixture, and then the pneumatic wiper blade meters the excess coating from the bottom roll. The coating that remains in the cells of the gravure roll then transfers directly to the substrate as it is fed between the bottom and top rolls. All control features

16、 mount inside a control panel that also contains an Emergency Stop button in order to shut off all power to the machine by simply pressing down on the button. 18、e stainless steel coating pan that resides underneath the bottom gravure roll. Apply the desired amount of air pressure to the wiper blade which meters the coating from the bottom gravure roll. Apply the desired amount of air pressure to the top roll. Set the desired speed of both the top roll and t

19、he bottom roll by observing the corresponding tachometers. As the bottom roll rotates in the coating pan, the wiper blade meters the excess coating from the bottom gravure roll and then transfers the coating directly to the substrate as you feed the substrate between the top and bottom rolls.3-ROLL
