7、tunately to be able to meet professor zheng xinwen, who was dean of shanghai conservatory and currently hired by sun yat-sen university. professor zheng gave me a lot of professional instructions, which aroused my enthusiasm in cultural management. i also attended the seminar given by ms min hua, wh

8、o is the executive officer of hong kong central orchestra. i am so interested and fascinated by the operating system of hong kong performing arts that i decided to learn more about the new and advanced systems of art management. at that time i could not wait to go to hong kong and absorb the fresh a

13、标。in order to learn more about the current situation of national cultural industry, i did research in china broadcasting chinese orchestra and shangdong song and dance troupe. i have learned in details the current situation after the national cultural structural reform, knowing the benefits and defe

14、cts of the reform. with first-hand information i wrote an essay published in music, the academic journal of china conservatory. one of my research projects on music copyright protection has been sponsored by beijing municipal education board. my graduation thesis the emotional resonance between the

15、brand and its consumer _ from audi summer music week won the first place. 为了更深入的了解我国文化产业的发展现状，我曾经先后两次对中国广播民族乐团和山东歌舞剧院进行了调研，详细了解了他们在国家文化体制改革后的发展状况，总结成功与失败的经验，掌握了大量的一手数据，并撰写调研报告，发表在中国音乐学院学术刊物丝竹杂志上。我与同学一起申请的有关音乐版权保护的大学生科研项目也得到了北京市教委的赞助和支持。我的毕业论文从奥迪夏季音乐周看品牌与消费者的情感共鸣，将文化艺术理论与市场营销相结合，获得了毕业论文考试的第一名。通过不断地学习

16、，我的学术研究能力在不断进步。practice makes perfect. i worked as a student counsellor for a year after graduation. i planned and organized the 6th beijing international piano festival and the 10th anniversary of piano department. i also gained experiences doing office work, having familiarized myself with office

17、administration in conservatories. in march 2011, i started my internship in the national center for the performing arts, working as a stage manager. i joined the rehearsals and performances of tosca, the puccinis opera directed by gian carlo del monaco, as a stage manager, running from sense-switch

18、to cueing actors. in july 2010, i volunteered in isme 29th world conference, the 1st beijing traditional music festival and the 3rd audi summer music week. in 2009, i, as a representative of china conservatory, took part in the 1st national college students art exhibition _ audience outreach program

20、炼了自己的组织统筹能力；每天在办公室负责日常事务,掌握了以艺术院校为代表的艺术行政机构的工作经验。每次遇到突发事件的紧急处理，锻炼了我在工作中的应变能力而这，也是一名文化管理工作者需要具备的素质。2011年3月，我进入国家大剧院演出部实习，作为歌剧舞台监督，参与了由著名歌剧导演强卡洛导演、国家大剧院制作的普契尼歌剧tosca全部排练和演出。在实习过程中，具体操作指挥场景切换、记录演员上场cue点、催叫演员等工作，掌握舞台监督基本技能，熟悉演出制作流程。2010年7月作为志愿者先后参加了由联合国教科文组织（unesco）下属的全球性音乐教育组织国际音乐教育学会（international soc
