Asiatic countries need a certificate of origin. Ex

17、ception: If pro-forma invoice clearly indicates MUTILATED SAMPLES NOT FOR SALE, and value is under 22 EUR or equivalent currency, clearance is same day without any additional customs costs. For the rest of the shipments, expect additional delays and expensesnFINLAND: A certificate of origin is requi

18、red for textile shipments nITALY:Clear description, fiber content, quantity and value breakdown required. For carpets: invoice must show exact description, size, fiber content, type of manifacturing (if handmade or not); delays up to 48 hrs. nNETHERANDS:For shpts over USD 65, non-EC orig, form A/CoO

19、/EUR cert required nTURKEY:Quota Certificate is necessary for the textiles which are sent from specific countries. Each commodity above 50 kg & not subject to Quota Certificate: Exporter Registry Form approved by Turkish Consulate at origin is necessary from cnor and accordingly Registration Certifi

20、cate from Textile Union is necessary from cnee.If the origin country is a member of EU, shipments should be sent witn ATR cert.If the origin country is a member of EFTA, shipments shouldbe sent with EUR 1 cert.If shipments are sent from out of EU &EFTA, Certificate of Origin must be sent with shipme

21、nts.nAUSTRIA:Certificate of origin required. Exception: If commercial value including freight charges is less then 835,- EUR. nSWITZERLAND: If over 20kgs (44lbs), import licence required.
