9、 personnel shall have an hse passport prior to mobilization to site. contractor shall take responsibility for execute described activities in this method statement. 任何人在接受相应培训前都不能擅自动用设备或从事相关工作。特殊工种作业人员必须取得相应工 作的资质证件,且报审合格。 anybody can not utilize equipments arbitrarily or do relevant works prior to

10、accept related trainings. operators of special works must obtain relevant qualification certification of corresponding works and qualified in verification before work. 人员培训应遵循hse 培训标准cdb-0000-hes-pcd-sc2-000-00002-00。 staff training should based on the hes training standard cdb-0000-hes-pcd-sc2-000-

11、00002-00 操作人员进场施工前应参加 cdb 的 hse 培训,并取得相关证件。 operator should attend the hse training by cdb and obtain relevant vouchers before operation. 脚手架搭设人员应取得相关工作证书。 scaffold setup personnel should obtain relevant working voucher. 电工应取得相关工作证书。 electrician should obtain relevant working voucher. 5.工艺工艺 process

12、 5.1.模板设计模板设计 mould design 基础梁与剪力墙模板 foundation beam and shear wall mould 基础梁与承台模板 foundation beam and bearing platform mould (1)本工程副楼基础为钻孔桩,桩承台、柱、基础梁,平台板为梁板结构。基础梁用木模板,电梯 井做砖胎膜。 the foundation of deputy building is drilling pile, the pile bearing platform, column, foundation beam and flat plate are

13、beam and slab structure. the foundation beam takes wooden mould, the elevator well is brick membrane. (2)本工程主楼独立基础在靠近地基第一台阶时采用标准砖做砖模,其余部分采用钢模板或者木模 板。 using the standard brick as the brick mould for the first step nearby the independent foundation of main building; using the steel mould or wooden mou

14、ld for the remaining parts. 具体做法: 在基坑开挖时,测量员随基坑开挖速度跟踪测量,并根据基础梁翻样图及时用白灰 线放出基础梁位置线,用机械开挖梁槽,人工清底,挖到基础梁设计垫层标高时及时用 c15 砼浇筑 垫层,在垫层上施放梁内边线。而后开始砌筑梁胎模,砌筑到底板底标高时进行梁胎模外回填,回 填质量必须达到规范要求,在基础砖胎模内侧支设模板,上口标高为底板底标高,而后补浇垫层砼, 并压实抹光。 specific method: measure in comply with the excavation, and pay off the foundation bea

15、m position line with lime per the foundation beam drawings; excavate the beam trench with machine and clean manually, pour the cushion with c15 concrete while excavating till the design cushion elevation and paying off the beam edge line on the cushion. masonry the beam membranes till the elevation

16、of bottom slab prior to backfilling, the backfilling should satisfy the regulation, set the mould on the interior side of foundation brick membrane, the back cut elevation is equivalent to the bottom slab elevation, then pour the cushion concrete, compact and polish. 导墙模板: 导墙模板面层采用 18 厚胶合板,外侧用 50100

17、木方作龙骨,外侧加 2 根 48 钢管,间距 600,用 14 螺栓与钢管连接。 guide mould: use the 18mm glued board as the surface, the 50100 mould as keel at the exterior side, add two48 steel, the space 600, connect the14 bolt with the steel. 5.2.结构参数及模板排架设计结构参数及模板排架设计 structural parameter and mould arrangement design 柱模板设计,鲲池倒班公寓一层层

18、高 3.96m,二至七层层高 3.6m,地下室层高 4.68m,柱断面 尺寸为 800800 及 600600,柱高以 3.6m-4.68m 计,柱模采用双钢管做柱箍,柱箍500。 column mould design, the height of first floor is 3.96m, the height from second floor to seventh floor is 3.6m, the basement floor height is 4.68m, the column section size is 800800 and 600600, the column heig

19、ht is calculated between 3.6m-4.68m; using double steel pipe hoop 500 as the column mould. 楼板排架模板 楼板板厚为 120mm,排架立杆间距为 1.0m,立杆步距为 1.80m,应设立体剪刀撑。 floor slab bent frame mould: the thickness of floor slab is 120mm, the space between bent frame poling is 1.0m, the pace is 1.80m, and three-dimensional bri

20、dging should be set. 梁模板及支架设计 梁断面尺寸:该工程副楼梁最大截面梁按 3001500 计,梁底立杆横向间距 为 0.60m(梁底增加一根立杆) ,沿梁跨度方向间距为 0.60m,立杆步距为 1.80m。 主楼梁最大截面 梁为 350900,梁底立杆横向间距为 0.60m(梁底增加一根立杆) ,纵向沿跨度间距为 0.40m,立杆 步距为 1.80m。小于等于 250x400 梁底可不设立杆,其他梁底均应设立杆。 beam mould and support design beam section size: the beam section of deputy bui

23、680,采用钢模板,50100 木檩条200(竖 向设置) ,采用 483.2 双钢管围檩400(横向布置) ,设 16 对拉片 7 道,竖向间距400mm,水平间 距400。 underground exterior wall board, the wall section is 3004680, calculate height is 4680, use steel mould, 50100 wood purlin 200 (vertical set); use 483.2 double steel tube purlin 400 (horizontal set), set 7 lines

24、 of 16 pairs pulling-on pieces, the vertical space is 400mm, the horizontal space is 400mm. 5.4.柱、梁节点模板设计柱、梁节点模板设计 column, beam joint mould design 梁柱接头模板采用四块用多层板制作带梁豁的柱模组合而成。梁豁模板制作时,紧靠梁豁周边 的模板背后加 50100 木方,木方必须双面刨平直,在木方与多层板组成的平面上加一块 50 宽多层 板,多层板一边必须与梁豁多层板内侧对齐,且与背楞木方固定牢固。梁豁以下的柱模长度不小于 100。 beam column

26、multi-layer board with the interior side of beam multi-layer board, and tightly fast with back wood. the length of column mould below the beam joint is no less than 100. 多层板模板、背楞模板是一个固定在一起的梁豁模板,一个梁柱接头的四块带梁豁的模板采 用公母扣模,用母扣模顶紧公扣模,这样保证合模严实。在梁豁下,用柱箍(100100 刨平木方) 将柱模四面抱死。 multi-layer mould and back mould

27、are the beam joint moulds fastened together, the beam joint mould of beam column joint is the male and female buckle mould, tight the male buckle with the female buckle. use column hoop (100100 planed mood) lock the column mould. 梁的底模和侧模与梁豁相接时,要与梁豁周边贴上的 50 宽多层板靠紧平接,且与梁豁周边双 面刨光的木方牢固固定,然后加固梁底模和梁侧模(见下图

28、) 。 while connecting the bottom mould, side mould and beam joints, tightly connect with the 50 multi-layer board around the beam joints, and fixed with the planed wood; then reinforce the beam bottom mould and side mould (per below). 柱头模板安装示意图 pier head mould installation diagram 5.5.顶板模板设计顶板模板设计 to

29、p slab mould design 顶板模板选用普通多层板,龙骨选用50100的木方,间距为300,木方表面刨平以保证与模板 接合面平整。 the top slab mould is normal multi-layer board, the keel is 50100 wood, the space is 300, ensure the level off by using the planed wood. 顶板及梁模安装支设时,应先搭设满堂脚手支撑,其高度依据各层高度和梁的截面高度及顶板 的厚度而定,满堂脚手用钢管支撑,为考虑到多层板的接缝,在接缝处必须用50100的木方,便于 接缝并

30、固定梁的截面尺寸。满堂脚手架立杆支撑距墙边300左右,立杆横、纵向间距800, 并设置水平横杆,横杆布置距底端200,往上步距1800左右,(180mm、250厚顶板下采 用双扣件)。按混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范规定gb502042002的要求,现浇钢筋混凝土板,当 跨度等于或大于4000时,模板应起拱,起拱高度为全跨长度的1/10003/1000,因此顶板支模 时,应考虑起拱的要求,起拱的具体做法为:用钢管脚手架,上部加可调支撑,以调整高度,木板作辅 助,以满足顶板起拱要求。 when install the top slab and beam mould, set complete sc

31、affold whose height should in accordance with the height of each floor, beam section and thickness of top slab; use steel pipe as the scaffold and put 50100 wood at the joints in order to better connect and fix. the space between the scaffold and wall is around 300mm, the horizontal and vertical spa

32、ce of poling is 800mm; set horizontal rail, the pace between horizontal rail and bottom is 200mm, pace upward is 1800mm (use double fastener under the 180mm, 250mm top slab). per concrete structural construction and acceptance regulation gb502042002, when the span is no less than 4000mm, the mould s

33、hould be cambered whose height is 1/10003/1000 the height of span length. the specific method: use steel pipe scaffold with adjustable support on the upside to adjust height, use wood board to assist. 5.6.梁模板设计梁模板设计 beam mould design 采用梁侧模包底模,楼板模压梁侧模法施工。 use beam side to cover the bottom mould, floo

34、r mould presses the side beam mould. 梁侧模及底模采用多层板,墙、梁、板模板相连处,模板支设应保证接缝严密。 use multi-layer board as beam side and bottom mould, ensure the tightly connection at the joint of wall, beam and board mould. 梁侧模采用50100木方做背楞,当梁高小于600时,间距取600,当梁高大于 600时,间距宜400,且沿梁长度方向设48钢管做水平背楞,梁中央和梁底模下口应设 14拉杆一道,(梁高1500中间设2道

35、16螺栓)抵抗砼的侧压力;拉杆间距为:当梁高 600时,间距为800;当梁600时,间距为600。梁中部拉杆外加塑料套管,可以 使拉杆拆卸后周转使用。梁侧向加斜向钢管支撑,以确保梁模稳定,间距为900。大梁下扣件为 了增加防滑系数采用双扣件方式。 the beam side use 50100 wood as the back, when the beam height is less than 600mm, space 600; when the beam height is greater than 600mm, space 400; use48 steel pipe as the hor

36、izontal back along the beam length direction, set one 14 pull rod at the end opening of the beam center and beam bottom mould, (beam height1500, set two16 bolts in the middle) resist the concrete side pressure; the space of pull rods: when the beam height is 600, the space is 800mm; when the beam he

37、ight is greater than 600mm, the space is 900. to increase the anti-slip parameter, use double fastener under the beam. 梁底模铺在50100木方上,(或用50厚木板),间距根据梁宽尺寸而定一般为200-300之间。 梁模支撑也采用钢管脚手架,并与顶板支撑联成整体。按混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范规定 gb502042002的要求,现浇钢筋混凝土梁,当跨度等于或大于4000时,模板应起拱,起拱高度 为全跨长度的1/10003/1000(梁板支撑详见附图)。 pave beam bo

(beam board support, see attachment for detail) 后浇带跨模板不得早拆,后浇带下模板不拆除,等后浇带混凝土浇筑后再拆除,按下图方法支 设。(如果没有调节螺栓支模的设备,后浇带部位可以用立杆搭接方法,搭接长度1m,搭接部位 用三只旋转扣件连接) the post-cast strip mould should not to removed early until the concrete pouring, insta

(if no adjustable bolt supporting mould equipment, take poling connection method at the post-cast strip, the connection length 1m, connect the joints with 3 whirling fasteners). 5.7. 墙模设计墙模设计 wall mould design 墙模板采用普通多层板模板,竖肋用50100木方,间距400,围檩采用双排483.2的钢 管,间距400400。 the

41、wall mould is normal multi-layer board, the vertical rib is 50100 wood, the space is 400mm, the circuit purlin is double row 483.2 steel pipe, the space is 400400. 混凝土墙体拐角(阴角)处是模板施工的难点,本工程为确保阴角方正,考虑配置阴角模。阴 角模用多层板做面板,角模大小在300300较为合适,角模拐角及两竖边框均用通长木方钉牢,竖 肋木方间加钉横向木方,横向木方间距600左右,这样即可保证角模的牢固及角度的准确。 the mo

43、od, clinch horizontal wood between the vertical rib wood, the space of horizontal wood is around 600mm to ensure the fastness of mould and accuracy of angles. 模板及阴角模加工好后,应分别编上号,以便支模时对号入模,提高支模速度。 numbering the mould and corner mould to increase the mould installation speed. 5.8.楼梯模设计楼梯模设计 staircase m

44、ould design 楼梯底模采用胶合板或木板,安装前应按实际层高放样。安装时应先安装平台梁模板,再安装 楼梯底模,最后安装外帮侧模,外帮侧模三角模按实样制作好,用套板画出踏步侧板位置线,钉好 固定踏步位置的档木再钉侧板,楼梯踏板模板采用木模板,模板支设必须满足行人通过。 use glued board or wood board as the staircase bottom mould, lofting per the actual floor height prior to installation. firstly install the flat beam mould, then

45、the staircase bottom mould, finally the exterior side mould; fabricate the exterior side mould per the single pattern prior to draw the position line of risers, clinch the forestick which to fasten the pedals position, then clinch the side board. use wood mould as the staircase pedal, the installati

46、on of the mould must satisfy the passes. 考虑到日后楼梯踏步贴面装修后垂直投影成一条线,在结构施工期间将踏步模板向前推进 40(支模详见下图)。 consider the staircase pedal would vertical case shadow into one line after front face fitout, put the pedal mould 40mm forward during construction. (per below) 门、窗、洞口模板设计 地下室部位及上部结构的门窗洞口侧模采用50厚木板或多层板背面加 501

47、00木方,洞口留设应方正,无扭曲变形。洞口内部用木方做成斜撑,为保证窗下墙的混凝土质 量,如果洞口宽度 1500时,应在洞口下侧的模板上开设预留振捣洞,振捣后及时封堵。地下 室人防部位有门框的洞口,在洞口模板安装时应考虑其粉刷层的厚度,使其粉刷面与钢门框相平。 door, window and hole opening mould design use 50 thick wood board or multi-layer with 50100 at back as the side mould of the door and window opening in the basement and

48、 upside structure. the opening should be square with no torsional deformation. use wood to support inside the opening, to ensure the concrete quality, if the opening width is 1500, reserve the vibrating hole on the mould underside the opening, timely shutoff it after vibrating. take the thickness of

49、 paint layer into account while installing the opening mould of the door frame in the basement, make sure to level off between paint layer and steel door frame. 电梯井模板设计 电梯井模板形式同剪力墙模板,配置高度到楼层顶板。 elevator well mould design the form of elevator well mould is equivalent to the shear wall mould, deploy t

50、he height till the top slab. 5.9.墙体模板安装墙体模板安装 wall body mould installation 墙模安装顺序是:支模前的检查支侧模(核心筒墙先支筒墙模如电梯井等)钢筋绑扎安 装对拉螺栓,支另一侧模校正模板位置紧固对拉止水螺栓支撑固定全面检查。 installation sequence: check set side mould (set tube wall mould, as elevator well etc.) bind rebar set split bolt, set another side mould justify the

51、position fasten split waterproof bolt fasten supporting check completely 墙体模板支设前须对墙内杂物进行清理,弹出墙的边线和模板就位线,外墙大角应标出轴线, 并做砂浆找平层或通过在模板下口粘贴海绵条以防止漏浆。 make clearance prior to installation, snap the edge line and mould position line, high angle of exterior wall should have the axis position, make mortar level

52、ing blanket or paste the sponge tent at the end opening of mould to prevent linkage. 墙体模板安装前先放置好门窗模板及预埋件,并按照墙体厚度焊好限位钢筋,地下室外墙限位 钢筋内外禁止连通。但应注意不能烧断墙体主筋。 properly place door window mould and embedded parts prior to installation, weld the limit rebar per the thickness of wall, forbid to connect the limit

53、 rebar out and in at the basement exterior wall. caution not to burn-out the main reinforcement. 模板安装从外模中间开始,以确保建筑物的外形尺寸和垂直度的准确性;立好一侧模板后即可 穿入焊接好止水片的对拉螺栓,再立另一侧模板就位调整,对准穿墙螺栓孔眼进行固定。当全部螺 栓穿通并固定后,通过斜撑校正好模板的垂直度和板面平整度并控制好标高后,再一起进行均匀、 适度的紧固。外模安装好后再进行内模的安装。 install from the center of exterior mould to ensure

54、 the physical size of building and accuracy of verticality; infix the welded waterproof split bolts after installing one side mould, then install another side mould and fasten the bolt holes. after all bolts have been fastened, justify the verticality and flatness of mould, fasten evenly. install th

55、e interior mould after installing the exterior mould. 地下室基础导墙部位在支设模板时,在混凝土侧面导墙上口先贴上一层双面胶带而后支模。 paste one layer double faced adhesive tape on the top ending of concrete side guide wall, and then installs the mould at the basement. 模板安装前须均匀涂刷脱模剂;支模时须对模板拼缝进行处理,在面板拼缝处用双面胶带粘贴; 在墙的拐角处(阳角)也应注意两块板的搭接严密;阴角模立

56、好后,要将墙体模板的横背楞(48 钢 管)延伸到阴角模,并穿好对拉螺栓使其与对应的阴角模或墙体模板固定,以确保角度的方正和不 跑模。 evenly paint the parting agent prior to installation; paste the board joints with double faced adhesive tape; tightly connect the two boards at the corner; extend the horizontal back (48 steel pipe) to the corner mould, and infix the

57、 split bolt to fasten the corner mould or wall mould, to ensure the upright of angles and no formwork shifting. 穿墙螺栓 地下外墙临空墙采用 m10 对拉螺栓加焊 5厚 5050止水片,长度因墙厚不同 而各异;地下内墙及地上墙体部分采用 m16 对拉螺栓加 pvc 套管。对拉螺栓水平间距为 800 , 竖向间距为 800。对拉螺栓距模板下口 1/2 墙高以下采用双螺帽。 tie bolt use m10 split bolt welded with 5mm thick 5050 wa

58、terproof strip for the blastproof partition wall of the underground exterior wall, the length varies with the thickness of wall; use m16 split bolt plus pvc pipe for the underground interior wall and wall above earth. the horizontal space between bolts is 800mm, the vertical space is 800mm. use doub

59、le screw cap where the split bolt is 1/2 height under the mould end opening. 顶板模板和梁板模板安装 4.15.1 顶板模板安装时按规范规定起拱:当设计无要求时,起拱高度为全 跨长的 1/1000 3/1000。不准许起拱过小而造成梁、板底下垂。按照设计要求布置好脚手架,应注 意控制好最上面一排横管的标高,以便在上面铺设顶板木方肋,然后把加工好的多层板铺放好,并 对板间拼缝进行粘贴胶带处理,以防止漏浆。作为支撑的所有脚手钢管,使用前应认真检查、调直 和调整长度便于施工,搭好的支撑钢管须加强纵横向联结,确保强度和稳定性。

60、顶模安装好后,应 逐块进行水平抄测验收。严格控制模板面的标高和平整度,底模中部应按规定起拱,应清理干净模 板内的垃圾,并涂刷脱模剂,然后在模板上面进行钢筋绑扎。 4.15.2 梁模安装顺序:复核轴线底标 高及轴线位置支梁底模(按规范规定起拱)支梁侧模复核梁尺寸及位置与相邻梁板连接固定。 当梁高小于 700时梁侧模可用支撑模板的水平钢管顶撑,同时用一部分短钢管斜撑,当梁高大于 700时,应增加对拉螺栓固定。 4.15.3 梁模板安装时应先复核梁底标高校正轴线位置无误后, 搭设和调平模板钢管支架,在上面铺设梁木方肋,再铺设梁底板。梁底模宽度同梁宽,梁侧模夹住 梁底模,梁侧模外按间距 300左右布置
