In addition，Ihavestudied in how to easily pass listening text and the general review of senior school entrance exam.Ihave tried to figure out the annual English test papers of high school and university entr

Because of repetitious exercise ， understanding and analysis of these test papers ， I improved my English teaching skills.Secondly ， I will try my best to guide students learning thoughts ， to improve the students learning quality ， and to promote the quality education actively.The new c

8、urriculum reform in our country mentioned that improving the quality of education for students as dominant thought. So I not only teach them knowledge ， but pay more attention to the cultivation of students ability.Imparting knowledge and skills and developing intelligence and ability of students ar

In order to exploit students innovative consciousness and innovative ability and raise students quality ， I put ideological and emotional education in knowledge education. Thirdly ， Quick-raid teaching is also important. I want to enhance my teaching skills a

10、nd teaching quality ， which makes my instruction more clear ， concise ， accurate ， emotional and lively. I divide the teaching process into four parts： listening ， speaking ，reading and writing.Listening I usually play the English recorder ， and let students read after the tape to train their listen

11、ing ability. I also guide students to do some special training of listening.Speaking Make full use of morning and night reading to encourage students to read. Students shouldspeak more Englishin their daily life to train their oral English ability and to improve their learning interest.Reading The p

12、rimary mission of this part is improving students reading ability. As anEnglish teacher ， I should teach students to do reading comprehension questionsfirstly. And then， I send them a test every week to enhance their reading capacity.Writing Composition is becoming more and more important in senior

13、high school entrance examination. Students will learn the methods of writing ， and be required to write something with their real feelings.Unsatisfactory writings will be returned for rewriting. An English teacher need to emphasis on word number and handwriting. Meanwhile ， teachers ought to advocat

14、e students making use of time to improve their writing ability.Now the students generally love the English classes.Even the students who are very tired of English are happy to attend classes.Fourthly ， according to the teaching routine ， carrying out teaching work needs five steps.1 Lesson preparati

15、on ： Every class is carefully prepared and the lesson plans are written before class. The teaching methods are designed on the light of their poor ability in the analysis and summary. Besides， I make theteaching methods.2. Class ： I mobilize the enthusiasm of the studentsas much as possible in class
