8、ntrateimproved livecombi ned up,au智能楼宇管理师职业标准一、职业概况1.1 职业名称智能楼宇管理师1.2 职业定义根据要求和规范对智能楼宇的相关智能设备与系统进行管理、维护的专业人员。1.3 职业等级本职业共设四个等级，分别为：智能楼宇管理师（四级），智能楼宇管理师（三级），智能楼宇管理师（二级），智能楼宇管理师（一级）（1） 智能楼宇管理师（ 四级 ） ：对智能楼宇设备与系统进行操作、应用、维修等工作，适合智能大厦物业公司的操作工，如：水电工、制冷工、暖通工、锅炉工、装修工等；能够熟练运用基本技能，能够独立完成本职业的常规工作；在特定情况下，能运用专门技能完

9、成技术较为复杂的工作。（2） 智能楼宇管理师（ 三级 ） ：对智能楼宇设备与系统进行维护、故障发现与排除等工作适合智能大厦物业公司技术人员，如：班组长、系统维护技术员等；能够熟练运用基本技能和专门技能完成较为复杂的工作，包括部分非常规工作；能够独立处理工作中出现的问题；能指导和培训四级人员。（3） 智能楼宇管理师（ 二级 ） ：对智能楼宇设备与系统进行分析、二次开发等工作，适合智能大厦物业中层技术管理人员，如：物业技术经理、工程部经理等；能够熟练运用专门技能和特殊技能完成复杂的、非常规性的工作；掌握本职业的关键技术技能，能够独立处理和解决技术或工艺难题；能指导和培训三、四级人员；具有一定的工程
