3、 of hotel, improve the hotels reputation, in charge of layout, coordinate and participate all kinds of public activity.在销售总监的指导下,遵循酒店的规章制度,推广宣传酒店,提高酒店在市场上的知名度,负责策划、指导协调并参与各项宣传活动资料。2to assist general manager in the aspect of hotels public relations: to participate and assist to complete the plan of s

4、&m dept., f&b dept., recreation dept. meanwhile, to organize and carry out the promotional activities.在酒店公共关系事务上为总经理提供全力协助;参与或协助销售、餐饮、娱乐、康乐等部门计划、组织、实施促销活动。3to compile the publicizing document, photograph, printing and publicizing; to establish the good relationship between the mass media and our hot

8、to plan and organize the hotels public relation activities so that can improve our hotels reputation and create the good image in the marketing.计划、组织、领导酒店公共关系活动,以提高酒店在目标市场的知名度,树立酒店在目标公众群体中应有的良好形象。3. to grasp the market information and participate the promotional activity of each business.掌握酒店营业动态及市场

9、动态,参与计划、组织各营业项目的促销活动。4. as the spokesman of hotel, the csd should issue the information to media.作为酒店的发言人,向媒体发布有关酒店营业与非营业活动的消息。5. to establish the relation between media, build the media file, understand medias needs and interesting, supply thehotels information to media regularly so that can public
