41、水硬度810mmol/l，应按设备最小产水能力计算,或采用多级系统； 原水硬度10mmol/l，须选用多级处理，一般两级处理可达到要求。 3) 用水场合：如果配用热水锅炉或其他同类设备，可按设备最高产水能力选型;如果向蒸汽锅炉供水，一般按锅炉蒸发量的1.2倍与设备产水能力匹配。 2、软化水设备设计安装要点 设备本身结构简单、占地较小，所以在设计安装方面没有特殊要求。在设计安装时仅需注意以下几点： 1) 设备需简单水平地基；距墙约250450mm，可根据实际情况靠边角布置； 2) 因为设备本身较轻，一般只需考虑设备所装树脂及水的重量即可； 3) 进、出水管需固定支撑好,不能依托阀体做支撑，以防产

47、过程全自动软化水设备的再生可根据时间或流量来启动，软化水设备的工作过程，一般由下列几个步骤循环组成：a.运行（工作）原水在一定的压力（0.2-0.6mpa）、流量下，通过控制器阀腔，进入装有离子交换树脂的容器（树脂罐），树脂中所含的na+与水中的阳离子（ca2+，mg2+，fe2+等）进行交换，使容器出水的ca2+，mg2+离子含量达到既定的要求，实现了硬水的软化。b. 反洗树脂失效后，在进行再生之前，先用水自下而上的进行反洗。反洗的目的有两个，一是通过反洗，使运行中压紧的树脂层松动，有利于树脂颗粒与再生液充分接触；一是使树脂表面积累的悬浮物及碎树脂随反洗水排出，从而使交换器的水流阻力不会越来
