4、the site.施工现场采用的环保、消防、降噪声、文明施工措施一、 Project overview工程概述15号C变电站位于BCC区的西侧。变电站的尺寸如下:长19米,宽 11.1米,建筑面积:420。设计标高0.000相对绝对标高10.500,室内外高差600。本建筑采用混凝土灌注桩,共有13个承台,桩顶标高:-1.900,承台底标高:-2.100。首层标高4.47米。二、 Construction preparation施工准备1. Self examine and joint checkup of drawings, and complete technical disclosure
5、, submit materials plan and list of machinery and equipments.进行图纸自、会审,完成技术交底工作,提出材料计划、机械设备清单。2. Organize construction team to enter into the site, and provide technical training course, quality awareness, safety education for construction crews before entering into the site.组织施工队伍进场,对施工队伍进行入场前的技术培训、
6、质量意识、安全教育培训。3. Organize the delivery of construction equipments and tools, check and repair equipments before entering, and make sure that they are in sound condition.组织施工设备和机具进场,施工机具、设备进场前应检修完毕,保养良好。4. Connect temporary water/electricity supply to the site.施工现场的临时道路、水、电源,全部接至施工现场内。三、 Construction o
7、rganization施工生产组织Establish managerial level directed by project manager, aiming at the characteristic of this project, build skilled and effective organization, and allocate managerial personnel, labor, equipments and tools in the reasonable manner. Project manager, act as the representative of ente

Establish civil construction team and machinery specific team under the unified direction of Project management department, and implement objective management and process cont

12、ncrete, and pour concrete by concrete pump truck.混凝土全部使用商品混凝土,用混凝土灌车运输,用混凝土泵车浇筑。1. Pouring sequence浇筑顺序:Pour axis1at first and then pour along the direction of axis 4in an orderly manner, pour pile cap, ground beam integrally.从1轴开始,依次向4轴方向浇筑。2. Operation process操作工艺 Carefully inspect the position of
13、 form, rebar, embedded part and reserved holes, openings, make sure they are form and secure in their position, and keep self-examination record and handover record before concrete pouring, complete the installation of all underground pipes and sleeves. Clean up waste, mud on the form and rebar.混凝土浇
14、筑前,应对模板、钢筋、预埋件及预留孔洞的位置、现场牢固情况进行细致的检查,并作好自检记录和工序交接记录,所有的地下管道和套管必须安装完毕。对模板、钢筋上的垃圾、泥土等杂物应清理干净。 Lab staff should perform slump inspection at least two times each shift when pouring concrete. The free fall height of concrete should be below 2m, pour concrete continuously by section and layer, with 500mm
15、maximum pouring height. Insert or draw insert-type vibrator slowly, make well arrangement of inserting point evenly, compact and vibrate them orderly without in-complete vibration, the movable movement should be 400mm, insert to the next layer with 50mm depth when vibration in last layer, so as to e
16、liminate the joint between two layers, avoid sinking and expel bubbles during vibration, prevent incomplete vibration, less or over vibration, and realize the smooth outside with compacted Inside after form removal. Do not touch form and embedded parts with vibrate rod, prevent displacement. Check c
17、arefully if there is any movement, deformation or blocking of form, rebar, reserved holes and openings, embedded part and dowel during concrete pouring, fix any problem founded promptly, and trim and repair poured concrete before curing. Pour concrete continuously to maintain its integrity, stop pou
18、ring if necessary, minimize the interval time as far as possible, with maximum time of the curing period of concrete, Reserve construction joint per regulations.浇灌混凝土时,实验人员每一工作班至少检查两次砼塌落度,混凝土下落的自由倾落高度不得超过2m,浇筑混凝土时应分段分层连续进行,一次浇筑高度不超过500mm。使用插入式振捣器应快插慢拔,插点要均匀排列,顺序进行不得漏振,做到均匀振实,移动间距不大于400mm,振捣上一层时应插入下层
19、50mm,以消除两层间接缝,振到砼表面不再下沉、气泡排净,避免漏振、欠振和过振,拆模后达到里实外光。在振捣过程中振动棒要避免接触模板和预埋件,防止移位。浇筑砼时应经常观察模板、钢筋、预留孔洞、预埋件和插筋等有无移动、变形或堵塞情况,发现问题应立即处理,并应在已浇筑完的砼凝固前修整完好。为了保证混凝土结构良好的整体性,混凝土应连续浇筑,如必须间隙时,间隙时间应尽量缩短,不超过混凝土的凝结时间,施工缝按规范留设。 Cover and spray water on the concrete after final curing, the frequency of watering should be

Quality requirements质量要求 Key control items of concrete works混凝土施工的主控项目1) The strength of structural concrete should conform to design requirement

The concrete specimen of structural component should be taken at the pouring position randomly. 结构混凝土的强度等级必须符合设计要求。用于检查结构构件混凝土强度的试件,应在混凝土的浇筑地点随机抽取。2) The samples and specimen should conform to the following regulations:取样与试件留置应符合下列规定: Mix 100m3 concrete of the same mix proportion for each 100 pan
22、s, take at least one sample.每拌制100盘且不超过100m3同配合比的混凝土,取样不得少于1次; when pouring concrete over 1000m3 one time continuously, take at least one sample of 200m3 concrete with the same mix proportion.当一次连续浇筑超过1000 m3时,同一配合比的混凝土每200m3取样不得少于1次; Take at least one sample of concrete with the same mix proportion
23、 at the same floor.每一楼层、同一配合比的混凝土,取样不得少于1次; Reserve a group of standard cured specimen each time, the number of reserved groups of cured specimen under the same condition should be determined as requested.每次取样应至少留置一组标养试件,同条件养护试件的留置组数应根据需要确定。 Time spent on concrete transportation, pouring and intermi
24、ttent should be less than the initial curing period of concrete, pour concrete of the same construction section continuously, and complete the pouring of last layer before the initial curing of bottom. Take proper measure to control construction joint in accordance with construction technique plan w
25、hen pouring concrete on last layer after the completion of initial curing of bottom. 混凝土的运输、浇筑及间歇的全部时间不应超过混凝土的初凝时间,同一施工段的混凝土应连续浇筑,并应在底层混凝土初凝之前将上一层混凝土浇筑完毕。当底层混凝土初凝后浇筑上一层混凝土时,应按施工技术方案中对施工缝的要求进行处理。3) Take effective curing measure per construction technique plan after the completion of concrete pouring,
26、 and conform to the following regulations:混凝土浇筑完毕后,应按施工技术方案及时采取有效的养护措施,并应符合下列规定: Cover the concrete and maintain moisture curing within 12 hours after concrete pouring应在浇筑完毕后的12h以内对混凝土加以覆盖,并保湿养护。 Watering and curing period for concrete: 7 days for concrete mixed by Portland cement, ordinary Portland
27、 cement or slag Portland cement; 14 days for concrete added with retarding-type admixture or concrete with anti-seepage capability.混凝土浇水养护时间:对采用硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥拌制的混凝土,不得少于7天;对掺用缓凝型外加剂或有抗渗要求的混凝土,不得少于14天。 The frequency of watering should guarantee the concrete in wet condition.浇水次数应保持混凝土处于湿润状态; W
28、hen concrete covered by plastic cloth, the open and exposed parts should be covered tightly, and keep the condensate water in the plastic cloth采用塑料布覆盖养护的混凝土,其敞露的全部表面应覆盖严密,并应保持塑料布内有凝结水; Do not stamp or install form and bracket on the concrete with 1.2N/mm2 strength.混凝土强度达到1.2N/mm2前,不得在其上踩踏或安装模板及支架。 S

37、影响使用功能或装饰效果的外形缺陷Other parts who has no impact function其它部位有不影响使用功能的Appearance defects外表缺陷There is honeycomb, peeling, sagging, distain etc on the surface of component.构件表面麻面、掉皮、起砂、沾污等Appearance defect of the plain concrete which has significant decorative results.具有重要装饰效果的清水混凝土有外表缺陷Other parts who h
38、as no impact on its function其它部位有不影响使用功能的 Quality of appearance外观质量1) Key control items 主控项目Cast-in-situ structure should be free from serious faults现浇结构的外观质量不得有严重缺陷。2) Common items 一般项目Common defects are not appropriate for the appearance quality of cast-in-situ structure. Construction unit will ta
39、ke proper measure to treat the existing common defects per technique measures, recheck and accept the structure for the second time.现浇结构的外观质量不宜有一般缺陷。对已经出现的一般缺陷,应有施工单位按技术处理方案进行处理,并重新检查验收。 Dimension deviation 尺寸偏差1) Key control items 主控项目Dimension deviation of cast-in-situ structure should have no imp

43、el ruler钢尺检查Embedded bolts预埋螺栓5Embedded pipe预埋管5Central position of reserved holes and openings预留孔洞中心位置15Checked by steel ruler钢尺检查4安全措施1.进入施工现场的作业人员必须正确佩戴安全帽,严禁酒后上岗、施工现场严禁吸烟。2.使用输送泵输送混凝土时,应由两人以上人员牵引布料杆管道的接头,安全阀、管架等必须安装牢固。输送前应试送,检修时必须卸压。3.浇筑前应检查砼泵管有无裂纹,损坏变形或磨损严重的应立即更换。4.浇灌高度2m以上的框架梁、柱模混凝土应搭设操作平台,无安全
44、防护设施的应系挂安全带,不得站在模板或支撑上操作。5.悬空泵的连接要有两人以上协调作业,动作要一致,作业架的脚手板应铺设严密,严防踩空坠落。6.混凝土振捣器使用前必须经电工检验确认合格后方可使用,开关箱内必须装设合格有效漏电保护器,插座、插头应完好无损,不得使用破皮老化的电源线,电线应地支空架设,严禁随地拖拉。7.振捣器作业应两人配合作业,不得用电源线拖拉振捣器。8.操作人员必须穿安全防护鞋9.电机出现故障,找电工修理,非专业人员严禁随意拆装电机开关,严防触电事故发生。10.工作完后,清理施工现场,搞好施工现场的安全文明工作。八、 Quality assurance measures质量保证措

Quality responsibility system质量责任制 Establish full responsibility system of project manager, divide work clearly and precisely, implement obligations and rights to specific personnel, and fulfill the overall quality management in terms of whole staff, whole process, control labor, material and eq
46、uipments, so as to achieve quality objectives.建立以项目经理全面负责制,项目组织内部分工明确,责、权落实到人,实行全员、全过程、全面的质量管理,控制人、材、机、,实现质量目标。 Strictly adhere to the operational procedure, design documents, acceptance code for construction quality; resolutely implement one-vote-down system in regarding with project quality.严格按操作规
47、程、设计文件、施工验收规范核验工程质量状况,坚决执行工程质量的一票否决制。 Strictly control six controls during construction, such as measures, disclosure, education, protection, check and inspection, improvement严把施工生产“六关”即措施关、交底关、教育关、防护关、检查关、改进关。 Implement technical disclosure system, adhere to the implementation during construction,
48、and ensure quality of each sequence.执行技术交底制度,并在施工中认真贯彻执行,保证各工序的质量。 Perform self-examination, mutual examination of work sequence, strengthen the labor discipline management of operating personnel, and ensure the excellent rate of project.实行工序自检、互检制度,加强操作人员劳动纪律管理,保证工程优良率。2. Construction process contr
49、ol施工过程控制 Rigidly observe the state construction regulations and standards, perform construction per design and acceptance code for construction.认真遵守国家的施工法规、标准,严格按设计和施工验收规范施工。 Adhere to the quality management system, post responsibility system and award and punishment regulations of quality of our co
50、mpany, enhance the standardization.认真执行本企业的质量管理制度、岗位责任制及质量奖罚条例,加强标准化工作。 Each construction team should have good knowledge of quality standards and be aware of the occurrence of common faults on quality.各班组了解质量标准及注意质量通病发生。 Operating personnel should work with license. Project department will conduct
51、overall inspection on a regular basis, and assess the performance of each construction team, clear rewards and penalties, take corrective measures within a time limit.作业人员持证上岗。项目部定期进行质量大检查,对施工队进行全面评比,并奖罚严明、整改限期。 Improve the process control: strictly adhere to the technical procedure; initiative cont
52、rol the potential hazards of quality and environment during the process; check the sequence quality in timely manner; set control point.加强工序控制:严格遵守工艺规程。主动控制工序活动条件的质量、环境隐患。及时检查工序活动效果的质量。设置控制点。九、 Safety assurance measures安全保证措施1. All construction crews should take safety training program before enteri
53、ng into the site, and implement technical disclosure system. Construction team should perform safety disclosure on construction requirements and working environment to workers.所有的施工人员,必须进行安全培训后方可进入施工现场,实行安全技术交底制度,班组每天要对工人进行施工要求、作业环境的安全交底。2. Erect safety fence with steel pipe in construction area, an
54、d apply yellow alternating black safe-guard line, provide red light warning signal at night. Do not arbitrarily remove or move various safety protection devices, preventive measures, warning signs, safety signs. Provide a safety passage every 8m, so as to facilitate the climbing/descending of constr
55、uction crews.在施工作业区域用钢管搭设安全护栏,并涂刷黄黑相间安全警戒线,夜间设红灯示警,对各种安全防护装置和防护措施、警示牌、安全标志不得任意拆除和随意挪动,制作安全可靠的钢梯以便施工人员上下基坑。3. No construction crew is allowed to smoke at site, submit application for hot works in advance, and take isolation measures.所有施工人员在施工现场严禁吸烟,因工程需要动火时,提前提出审请,并做好隔离防护措施。4. Operating personnel sho
56、uld use PPE properly, avoid operating after drinking.作业人员正确使用安全防护用品,严禁酒后作业。5. Assign specific personnel to command, supervise mechanical operation, such as excavators etc, non-professional personnel should not be allowed to stay around the machinery.施工机械操作时设专人指挥、监护,非专业人员不得在机械附近停留6. Establish general distribution box, distribute power by class; realize the principle of “one equipment, one box, one switch and one protection”, one switch cannot be used for other purp
