2、 统及30多个国家的服务网络及船舶设计单元。此次收购交易不包括Bergen Engines和罗罗的海军船业务，罗尔斯罗伊斯将保留其海军船舶业 务，并将其并入扩大后的防务部门。依据收购协议，康士伯仍可继续采购Bergen引擎单元的产品。Bergen引擎单元则保留在罗尔斯罗伊斯动力系统。了关闭船舶部门外，罗罗还将关闭其核能部门，将潜艇推进系统业务并入防务部门，并将民用核能业务并入电力系统部康士伯、Kongsberg预计在2018年第四季度结束增股 发行并于2019门。年一季度完成本次收购。罗尔斯罗伊斯商船部门大约拥有3600名员工，2017年营业额为89亿挪威克朗。康士伯大约拥有7000名员工，2
