7、ituation of our city, put forward the following opinions, please follow.a, construction safety protection, civilized construction measures fee is in accordance with the current national construction safety, construction site environmental and health standards and the relevant provisions of the cost

9、installation engineering cost quota" (2000), "anhui province construction cost valuation quota" and other regulations, anhui province construction safety protection and civilized construction rate in annex 2.three, according to annex 2 calculation of safety protection, civilized const

10、ruction measures fee, not including the safety protection and civilized construction have special requirements and high risk project to increase the safe and civilized construction measures and scheme demonstration, review and other expenses, as well as the construction units have the other requirem

40、t;construction and installation cost of the project" (standard 2003206) and civilized construction measures for the fee, environmental protection fees, temporary facility fee, safety construction costs.the safety construction fee shall be composed of the safety of the temporary, entrance, cross

52、ubmitted to the administrative department in charge of construction. if it is not submitted, the construction administrative department will not issue a construction permit.the ninth construction units shall, in accordance with these provisions and the contract, promptly pay the safety and civilized

53、 construction measures to the construction units, and urge the construction enterprises to implement safety protection and civilized construction measures.the tenth project supervision units shall carry out on-site supervision of the construction units to implement safety protection and civilized co

54、nstruction measures. for the safety protection and civilized construction measures already implemented by the construction units, the chief supervision engineer or the cost engineer shall promptly examine and sign the expenses incurred. the supervision unit construction unit is not found to implemen
