19、Ki入100入入选的各层煤中某一粒 级换算成占入选原煤的 百分数,%K入某层煤占入厂原煤的百 分数,入各层煤某一粒级占本煤 层的百分数,%如表2-1中第4栏和第7栏。将占全样各个数值按等粒级相加,即得原煤各粒级的含量。如表2-1中1047综合后各粒度级的灰分用加权平均法计算,例如,表2-1中,第11栏各行为4 A57 A8A1110对于破碎级来说,从表2-1中,可以确定破碎级各煤层在入厂原煤中所占的百分数如2-2中,K17.67%, K223.85%, K 心 &31.52%。然后将破碎级资料用同样的方法换算成占入选原煤的百分数进行综合,将自然级和破碎级的数量和灰分进行综合,其结果填

39、确定为27%, 28%, 29%三个级别,对应的理论分选密度为1.39 g/cm3、1.40 g/cmi3、31.41g/cm。取精煤灰分为27%,矸石灰分为75.16%,通过可选性曲线可得,精煤产率为44.13%, 矸石产率为19.23%,则中煤产率为100%-44.13%-19.23% =38.64%,理论分选密度为1.39 g/cm3,中煤灰分为41.95%,精煤和中煤分界灰分为35.02%,通过3± (曲线可知分选密度 邻近物的产率大于40%,说明原煤在这个分选密度下极难选。万案U取精煤灰分为28%,矸石灰分为76.60%,通过可选性曲线可得,精煤产率为47.66%, 矸石产

40、率为17.89%,则中煤 产率为100%-47.66%-17.89%=34.45%,理论分选 密度为 1.40g/cm3,中煤灰分为43.68%,精煤和中煤分界灰分为36.45%,通过3± 0曲线可知分选 密度邻近物的产率大于40%,说明原煤在这个分选密度下极难选。、J-it -万案川取精煤灰分为29%,矸石灰分为78.02%,通过可选性曲线可得,精煤产率为53.27%, 矸石产率为 17.11%,则中煤产率为 100%-53.27%-17.11% =29.62%,理论 分选密 度为 1.41g/cm3,中煤灰分为45.45%,精煤和中煤分界灰分为37.89%,通过3± 0
