1、原位心脏移植手术的围手术期护理配合方案研究【摘要】：p 目的 探讨原位心脏移植手术的围手术期护理的配合方案。 方法 选取我院20_年1月20_年12月收治的15例进行原位心脏移植的患者为研究对象，分析p 、总结该组患者围手术期配合中的护理经验，并查询国内外资料，结合心脏移植手术医师的意见和建议，对原位心脏移植围手术期护理进行规范，以确保手术效果。 结果 15例患者均顺利完成手术。术后死亡1例（6.7%），手术时间（7.4±1.2）h。转流时间（295.2±55.7）min。出血量（220_.5±895.4）mL。14例患者术后恢复良好，术后住院时间（16.5
