7、ation to all teachers and students in qq even in qq, exchanges students and makes communication of education information with canada and the usa. meanwhile, the school is willing to provide the teachers in qq with foreign education philosophy, education approach and other training and communications

8、, and provide the teachers and stude nts with the opport unity to visit and comm un icate in can ada .in each year, the school will bring the canada students to key high schools in qq for communication, promote the school in qq district to be the sister schools of canada albert school, and boost the

21、 on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensusz both parties hereto make and enter into the following agreement on cooperatively running school on the following property:合作模式cooperation model第一条.甲方提供办学用地给乙方建设办学,前互年（即20qq年9月至20qq年8月 30h ）为免收乙方一切费用（包括但不限于租金、管理费及国有资产占用费等），第26年至 辽年（即20qq年9月至2048

22、年8月）有偿使用,每年的国有资产占用费为当年学费的 5%。article 1 party a shall provide the land to party b for building and running school. for the first 25 years, （namely from september 20qq to august 30, 2038）, party b is free from any expenses （including but not limited to rentai, management overhead, occupancy expense of

23、 state-owned asset, and etc.）. from the 26也 to 35也 year, （namely from september 20qq to august 20qq, the land is for the nongratuitous use, and the occupancy expense of state-owned asset for each year accounts for 5% of tuition for current year.第二条.有偿使用期间，乙方在每月的10日至15日前支付上述国有资产占用费给甲方。article 2 durin

32、10 in order to deal with the school's operating license and other licenses consummately, party a shall assist party b to deal with construction procedures and the acceptanee and check certificates for operating a school such as the plans of school buildings for approval, fire safety certificate,

33、 hygiene conformance certificate, building acceptanee and check and environment conformanee certificate then party a turns over these documents to party b as the materials to apply for school-running, and cooperates with party b to deal with the school-running license.第十一条.甲方应当按以下条件向乙方提供合作之用的办学用地：ar

34、ticle 11 party a shall provide school land for cooperation to party b as the following conditions.(1) 甲方所提供的办学场地必须在双方认可的合适的发展位置(在b.1项所指，备注:对于该 地址建议细化，附带用地图、规划许可等文件)。(1) the school land provided by party a shall be in the right position recognized by both parties (as stipulated in item b.l. remarks:

48、arty b, party a shall not bear any experises. party b shall operate school and deal with business accounting independently and own the profit and loss responsibilities.违约条款breach clause第二十三条在合作过程中,合同满前，如甲方中途须收回该学校建筑物作为其他办学用途时，须提前3年书面通知乙方以便乙方安排学生就读，并支付乙方所投入剩余合同年限的建校 成本和乙方最后一年总收入的总额。甲方未提早通知的，还应支付造成学生或

49、者第三方的实际 损失。如乙方办学中途单方解约，自行清算所有费用及安排学生就读，甲方不须支付任何费用 给乙方并拥有该建筑物”并须提前、年书面通知甲方。任何一方解约或其他因素须结束该学校 办学，双方须共同协助妥善安排好学生就读，不得造成负面影响。article 23 in the process of cooperatio n, before the expiration of con tract term, if party a wants to recover the school buildings in the middle of the term as other educati ona
