光子嫩肤联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及对皮损评分的影响

1、    光子嫩肤联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及对皮损评分的影响    于芳 静桂芳 王璐瑶 陆涛 薛环东摘要目的：探究光子嫩肤联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及对皮损评分的影响。方法：选取2019年5月-2020年6月于笔者医院就诊的寻常痤疮患者114例，采用随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组57例。对照组行光子嫩肤治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合超分子水杨酸进行治疗。疗程结束后进行疗效判定，并對两组的皮损数量进行计数。治疗前后对两组进行皮损评分和美观度评分，记录治疗期间两组不良反应情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率91.23%，高于对照组的

2、75.44%（p<0.05）;观察组粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿及结节计数均低于对照组（p<0.05）;治疗后，两组皮损评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（p0.05）;治疗后，两组美观度评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（p<0.05）。结论：光子嫩肤联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮疗效较好，能促进患者皮肤生理指标和美观度的改善，减轻皮损症状，且安全性好，对临床治疗寻常痤疮有重要应用价值。关键词寻常痤疮;光子嫩肤;超分子水杨酸;疗效;皮损评分中图分类号r758.73+3    文献标志码a    文章编号1008-6455（2021）0
