31、、甲方职责：1、提供借贷所需的真实性资料。2、积极配合办理相关手续。3、维护乙方权益三、乙方职责：1、充分发挥资源优势，认真负责加速办理所有借款手续，在金融 机构审批后，借款显示金额并成功提现即视为贷款成功。2、全面协调甲方与金融机构的关系。3、维护甲方权益。四、居间服务费：甲方须在银行以及其他贷款机构借款显示金额并 成功提现后，一次性向乙方支付贷款总额的 %为居间服务费。五、违约责任：1、乙方在本合同生效后如擅自撤销委托则视作违约。2、银行以及其他贷款机构的贷款到达甲方银行账号当日，甲方保 证支付居间服务费到乙方指定的账号，每延误一天甲方按申请贷款总 额千分之五向乙方支付滞纳金。3、如因政策调整及甲方贷款条件问题造成金融机构无法放贷的，甲 乙双方对此均不承担违约责任。六、其它：1、
