29、计划控制，本工程高空作业较多，施工较为困难。受交叉施工场地使用的影响，工程1#脱硫临时烟囱安装于2013年 04 月 28日开工，计划于2013年 05 月 04 日吊装完成。6. 主要施工方法电双辽发电有限公司2300mw 机组脱硫改造工程，临时烟囱重约46.7 吨，现场施工场地狭小，这给制作、水平运输吊装、安装带来了极大不便。为便于制作、运输、吊装。临时烟囱采用分片、分段制作。6.1 设备的清点与编号6.1.1 按计划采购的钢板，型钢必须是国家定点生产厂家，并保证三证齐全，为确保原材料质量应进行批量抽检，复检结果应符合国家标准。6.1.2 原材料运抵现场，应进行外观检查，规格、型号是否符合

30、图纸要求。6.1.3 材料应分类，分批号堆放，有些材料应入库保管，大型材料露天存放时，应用道木，条石垫平。6.1.4 已加工的设备，应进行除锈防腐。6.2 临时烟囱制作6.2.1 检查金属材料的外观，不得使用有重皮、凹坑、裂纹严重腐蚀、伤痕等缺陷金属材料 ; 检查钢板、型钢的规格、钢号等技术条件，应符合设计要求，并有材质合格证书。 6.2.2拼板: 钢板厚度在 6mm 时采用 v型对接坡口，钝边1,2mm 。拼接钢板时，应遵守以下原则: 1) 拼接的金属板材不得小于300-500mm 或按设计规定 ; 型钢不得小于 500-800mm 或按设计规定，拼接板要预留符合图纸要求的间隙。2) 拼接时

37、纸要求。3) 放样平台表面应平整、光洁，有凹凸现象的必须进行整修。日常施工应注意保护放样平台，不得随意敲打、点焊或割炬长时间烘烤，同时放样平台要接地良好。6.3.4 下料切割 : 按放样线进行切割，切割前应将钢板切割区域表面的铁锈、污油物等清理干净，切口表面要求平整，切口不得有裂纹、重皮、毛刺、凹凸、缩口、熔渣、氧化皮及铁屑等。6.3.5 烟囱组合 : 因临时烟囱采用原位定点焊接，为防止焊接变形，要采取合理组装，合理的焊接，刚性加固等手段来达到或减少焊接变形。使配件表面凹凸度达到验收标准要求。焊缝成型要求焊缝过度平缓，高低宽窄较均匀，接头良好，焊缝尺寸符合图纸设计要求咬边 ?0.5mm ，表面

38、无气孔、夹渣、弧坑、裂纹等，严密无渗漏，在预制好的组件上，依照图纸的部件号进行编号，再进行吊装作业。6.3.6 所有焊缝必须按图纸和技术要求进行，焊缝高度应符合要求。6.3.7 焊接组装完毕后应将内壁所有焊缝加强面凸出表面部分进行打磨，后将烟道内外杂物清理干净，临时加固件全部拆除。7. 主要吊装方案安装的总原则是 : 临时烟囱的安装以由下至上的原则进行安装。在吊车负荷允许下尽可能在地面组合的件，应尽可能进行地面组装，以减少高空作业。7.1 临时烟囱的吊装临 时 烟 囱 下 15 部 直 段(重 3t) ，长 为 1.8 米 ， 编 号 ? ; 第 1 部 分烟 囱(重 19.5t) ，长 为

45、12年施工完成的钢烟道，临时烟囱设立处的烟道支座无法满足上部载荷要求，现场根据力学计算，采取增加支座的施工方案，对原烟道底部载荷进行加强: 在原钢烟道支架 8m层利用脚手钢管搭设宽1.5m 的工作平台，在原钢烟道下部利用 ?219 作为新增支座 ( 见附图 )，支撑紧密，与烟道外加劲肋焊牢，与烟道支架处采取活动支撑，不焊接，利于钢烟道轻微的变形、移位。此外，临时烟囱设计为直接对口于原烟道，为满足安全需求，在原钢烟道开口周围，利用250 工字钢做一圈加劲梁，用于加强临时烟囱与原刚烟道的连接位置。图纸设计临时烟囱外部拉杆为刚性拉杆，虽可调节，但不易控制。经业主协商，可否采用钢丝绳对烟囱四角进行软连

46、接加固，更为稳妥。临时烟囱因暂不使用，与原烟道的安装部位暂不打通，开人孔部位在临时烟囱安装完成后，必须进行封堵。8. 质量标准及要求在本工程按项目制造管理法进行项目质量管理，项目经理是本项目的安装质量第一责任人，并独立行使项目质量职责，质量负责人在项目经理授权范围内具体负责项目安装质量管理职责。具体实施对项目的质量控制与管理，并根据项目的质量策划，制定工程的质量控制计划，确保工程质量的控制措施，对材料、设备检验、安装、交工验收每道工序、每一个环节实施质量监督控制，全面贯彻落实项目部对安装工程质量的控制要求，实现对工程质量的期望。1) 质量方针 : 坚持质量第一，依靠持续改进的质量管理体系，为顾

53、的板材、型材、焊材均有材质报告和产品合格证，并报项目部和监理部核查。3.5 对所有进厂设备必须严格检查，对不符合规范的设备必须予以校正或更换后方可施工。 3.6 严格按图纸设计要求及有关施工规范的规定进行施工，施工中遇到设计及影响施工的问题要及时向技术员、施工员汇报处理，严禁私自更改设计。3.7 辨识出质量通病及预防措施，对施工人员培训及交底，以达到消除质量通病的目的。 3.8 施工中，每道工序应首先由班组自检合格后，方可向项目部提出请求检验，需要三级检验的由项目部向总包方申请有关人员进行检验，检查结果应作记录，并由授权人员签字确认。 3.9 在上道工序未完成或必要的检验合格报告未确定前，不得

54、转入下道工序。 3.10 对规定由业主 ( 或其委托的另一方 )参加的检测项目，应按事先确定的程序和时间，通知其派代表到场参加检测。检测合格后各有关授权人员应在检测结果和记录上签字。 4) 验收质量及要求4.1 临时烟囱制作安装检验标准4.4.1 矩形截面烟道组装公差 : 外型尺寸预拼装后与大样对照检验方式，其偏移值为:?3mm 。 4.4.2壁板内表面错边量不大于1mm ，且内壁焊缝需要磨平。直线度允差?0.5l?1000mm ，且最大不应大于10mm 。4.4.3 烟囱安装后的中心线偏差不大于30 mm.。4.4.4 安装标高偏差 ?20mm.,纵横位置偏差 ?30mm. 。4.2 焊接的
