5、amongst chinese panies for intangible assets. recruitment process and orientation for the recruitment process, my classmate and i personally approached the pany branch in guangzhou. it was my country consulate office who remended me this pany. this pany helps us enormously to not only aept our inter

6、nship application but also assign us good location as to avoid transportation and economic difficulties. the duration of the internship was for 20 days. 1. 实习目的 本工程为顺德高新区西部启动区一期，开发范围包括智域城和高端产业片区，具体范围西至杏坛镇二环路，东至容桂水道，北至一更涌，南至东海大涌。开发范围面积约 9.5 平方公里，其中建设工程有市政道路及附属工程、河涌水利工程、中压配电工程和公共设施配套工程等等。 2. 实习时间 xx 年

7、 8 月 1 日 xx 年 8 月 20 日 3. 实习地点 广东省佛山市顺德区位于珠江三角洲中部，北邻广州，靠近、澳门。顺德区面积 806 平方公里，常住人口 249.34 万人，xx 年全区国内生产总值 2783 亿元，地方财政公共预算收入 173.9 亿元。 顺德高新区西部启动区（以下简称“启动区”），为省级高新技术产业开发区，位于顺德区杏坛镇东部，西至江珠高速公路，东至容桂水道，北至顺德支流，南至东海大涌,总面积约 18.86 平方公里。 4. 总承包工作范围 总承包工作包括施工图设计的所有工程工程和内容。承包商负责在遵守中国政府的各项法律、法规以及工程公司各项管理要求的前提下，平安、

8、及时地完成合同约定的建设方案。承包商的工作包括但不限于为成功建设此工程所需的工程管理中所涉及到的工程设计、施工直至交工验收；本工程的 epc 工作内容如下： 1. 工程局部的初步设计和施工图设计； 2. 满足施工图设计及标准要求的工程地质勘察； 3. 本工程逐步完成整个工程验收，按规定提交全部竣工资料（包括竣工图）； 5. 工程内容 本工程的主要内容包括： 1. 组织完成土地到达出让条件所必需的配套工程，包括但不限于以下工程的勘察、设计、采购、施工等工作： 2. 市政道路及附属工程：包括市政道路、跨河涌桥涵；相关的附属工程包括给水、雨污排水、道路照明、交通设施、绿化、电力管沟等； 3. 河涌水

9、利工程：包括排水河涌、调蓄湖； 4. 中压配电工程（如 10kv 线路综合建设改造，10kv 线路、电缆通道，根底设施施工和企业工程建设过程的临时用电工程，及 110kv 电缆沟）； 5. 公共设施配套工程。 project management if one word could describe the essence of the project management, it is responsibility. the project manager is responsible for all activities in the project. this does not mean

11、 project manager are wide ranging. in fact, you dont need to be an expert in all of them, you do, however, need to have engineering experience, technical experience, and, will and mitment to take on the overall responsibility for your projects. the project managers responsibility is to manage the fi
