1、小区外围安全管理岗岗位职责 外围安全岗在安全班长的直接领导下,负责小区外围周边安全,其职责如下: 1.熟悉住宅区周边环境状况,加倍警惕,发现可疑状况或治安隐患,及时上报处理。 2.熟悉住宅区楼宇的结构、单元户数、楼座排列、各种公用设施设备的分布位置,系统掌握住宅区整体状况。 3.巡视住宅区外围,勤走、勤查,强化复杂地段和事故多发段的治安巡逻。 4.巡查时注意小区外围卫生和公用设施设备、绿化地等状况,发现违章和破坏行为及时处理和报告。 5.巡视时检查各路口安全疏散标识是否醒目、正确,有无消防隐患,消防通道是否畅通,有无违章停车行为。 6.发现违法犯罪分子马上报告,等待增援或灵活处理,并及时将现场

2、状况通知增援人员。 7.强化小区外围车场巡逻,对进入车辆应仔细检查,发现问题及时报告,并通知车主到场处理。 8.协助、配合其他岗位人员强化安全管理工作,认真完成交接班手续。   外围主管岗位职责任职要求 外围主管岗位职责 设备主管外围 1.外围设备管理与维护 2、组织协调外围设备应急修理 3、外围设备安全性能管理 4、外围人员绩效管理、培训管理、考勤管理 5、外围新设备引进,旧设备技改 6、外围设备档案管理 1)机械及自动化大专以上相关专业 2)具备三年同行业同职位工作经验,对外围设备具有一定专业知识 3)具有一定协调能力、组织能力、决策能力、沟通能力 1.外围设备管理与维护 2、组

9、eshness, other regional reports, reports from promoters) marketing and trade marketing implement brand strategies, achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives set by marketing, report on opportunities, obstacles ensure implementation of tm activities, active and proper in-store activities execut
