9、visual interpretation of the set requirements, and provides consistency and uniformity on the acceptance and rejection quality standard. 本标准由 xxxx 所制定,用于检验所有与塑胶有关的全部 手持产品和材料的外观方面的指导性文件。本文详细阐述了检验条件、接受和判退的品质标准。 3.0 scope 范围3.1 this document applies to all inspection purpose and site for all product an

10、d material relating to plastic. 本标准适用于所有与塑胶有关的产品和材料的外观检验。4.0 description 描述4.1 tools and equipment 工具和设备4.1.1 ruler 直尺4.1.2 master criteria film piece ( photocopy is disallow) 标准胶片(不得使用影印片)4.1.3 callipers 卡尺4.1.4 scotch tape (3m 600 or equivalent) 透明胶带( 3m600 规格或同等替代品)4.1.5 ipa solution (2-propanol

11、isopropyl alcohol =99.9%) ipa 溶液( 99.9%的酒精)4.1.6 pull / push gauge 推拉力计4.2 instruction details 检验方法说明4.2.1 lighting requirement 照明设备?white florescent lamp. 白色荧光灯4.2.2 viewing direction视觉方向?the inspector will hold the part perpendicular to the eye (see fig 4.2.1a). 检验员视线与所持部件垂直( 见图 4.2.1a)?lowers the

12、 part to about 45 and tilt the object perpendicular to the eye. (see fig 4.2.1b) 降低部件呈 45角 , 然后使视线与部件垂直。(见图4.2.1b ) ?place the part on the table, view it at about an angle of 30 (see fig 4.2.2b) 将部件放于桌面, 视线与桌面大约呈30角检验 .( 见图 4.2.2b) ?all the above viewing distance is base on an arms length or about 3

16、w to the user / inspector. eg. top, side and back surfaces 用户和检验员可能会看见的表面。如:顶部、侧面和后面 surface c surfaces that is seldom in view to the user / inspector. eg. core side of the battery cover, where user only see when inserting or replacing battery. 用户和检验员很少看见的表面。如:电池盖的内侧面,当用户只有在更换电池或插入电池盖时才能看到 surface d

19、 or wipe off. 表面杂物如果能被吹掉或擦拭干净,则可接受。4.4.2 criteria for blister 疱块的判定标准?blisters are not acceptable for all surfaces. 所有表面的疱块不可接受。4.4.3 criteria for bubble ( for transparent plastic part) 气泡的判定标准(适用于透明塑胶件)?bubbles are not acceptable if it can be seen from inspectors eyes after assembly. 部件上的气泡装配后如果能看见

20、,则不可接受。?bubbles are acceptable as long as it is not visible from external view with operated light source after assembly. 只要装配后从外面看不见的气泡是可以接受的。4.4.4 criteria for color difference 色差的判定标准?color different from color chip is not acceptable for all surfaces. 颜色与色卡样板不符,不论任何表面均不可接受。?color tone different b

21、etween two or more assembled part is not acceptable. 组装件之间的颜色不同也不可接受。?color different is acceptable as long as it falls within the color limit/color chip that is approved by ctl. else it must be prior written approval from creative technology 只有在经 ctl 批准的限度色 / 色板范围内的色差是可接受的, 其他情况必须有 ctl 的签样方可。 4.4.5

22、 criteria for crack and crack line裂缝和裂纹?cracks and crack lines are not acceptable for all surfaces. 所有表面的裂缝和裂纹均不可接受。 4.4.6 criteria for deform 变形的判定标准?deform is not acceptable for all surfaces. 所有表面的变形均不可接受?case by case basis, deform are acceptable if it does not affect function fitting and must be

23、prior approval from creative technology. 不影响装配功能并经ctl 承认的变形是可接受的。4.4.7 criteria for dots on raw parts, spray painted, sputtering, plating. 未加工塑胶件和喷漆、喷镀、电镀塑胶件表面上的杂点判定标准?dots are categorising in two areas. 杂点分为两类1. contrasting dots: dots that are bright and striking. 亮光杂点:杂点明亮且明显。2. non-contrasting do

24、ts: dots that are dull & blur. this also include dots that are of the same colour as to the base colour. 暗光杂点:杂点发暗无光,也包括与部件本身颜色相近的杂点。?both contrasting and non-contrasting dots that are near to a character / number / symbol printing which is likely to result in confusion with another character /

38、pproval from creative technology ltd. 如果没有 ctl事先签样承认,a、b、c三面的流痕都不可接受。 ?flow marks are acceptable for surface d. d 面的流痕可接受。4.4.10 criteria for gating mark 进浇痕迹的判定标准?gating marks are acceptable for surface a, b and c as long as it is not visible under an arms length or 300 mm. 对于 a、b、c 三面,在 300mm 距离处,

39、进浇痕迹不可见,则可接受?base on approved / limit samples依据批准 / 限度样品 ?gating marks are acceptable for surface d. d 面的进浇痕迹可接受4.4.11 criteria for excessive gating material 浇口残料的判定标准?excessive gating material is acceptable: 浇口残料可接受的情形如下:?as long as it is does not protrude above the surface. 只要不超出塑件相应外表面 ?not affec

51、ot prone viewers) 装配在内部的零件 ( 此处不会面对用户 ) ?prior approval from creative technology ctl 事先承认 4.4.17 criteria for sink mark 缩水痕的判定标准?sink marks are acceptable as long as the depth is not more than 0.1 mm measured with the aid of a dial indicator. 缩水痕的深度用千分表测量只要不超过0.1mm,则可接受.?acceptance will be base on c

56、20 criteria for weld line 熔接线?weld lines are acceptable for surface a, b and c as long as it is not visible under an arms length or 500 mm and without depression. 在一个臂长或 500mm 距离内 , 对于 a、b、c三个面的熔接线如果不可见且没有下沉,则可接受 ?weld line acceptance will base on creative approval samples. 基于 ctl承认样品的熔接线可接受?weld li

57、nes are acceptable for surface d. d 面的熔接线可接受。4.4.21 criteria for clear transparent parts (eg:lens) 透明件的判定标准(如:镜头)?all clear transparent part must be covered with protective sheet to prevent scratches due to handling, transportation and other means of moving parts 在操作、运输和其他移动过程中,所有透明件都必须贴保护膜加以保护,以防划伤
