1、CMP,CMR,CMG,CM,CMH 大型燃烧测试的方法与判定方法如下所列,请参考。具体的还是以昨天发你的安规标准为准。UL910斯坦纳管道试验(NFPA-262)表明,采用FEP材料作为保护层的电缆具有和铁制金属管同等的低燃烧性和低烟性特性,此方 法用于测试CMP线缆。图:UL910斯坦纳管道测试方法(CMP)UL1666 :用于测试安装在垂直竖井的电缆或光缆的火焰蔓延速度,将多根电缆垂直捆扎在铁架上,测试在154KW煤气炉烘烤下电缆的延烧距离以及从电缆冒岀的浓烟量,试验时间持续30分钟,最大的火焰蔓延长度为3.6米,该测试方法没有涉及光缆的毒性及腐蚀性,此方法用于测试 CMR等级线缆。图:

2、UL1666垂直电缆架测试方法(CMR )UL1581/UL1685 : UL1581用于测试安装在垂直竖井的多根电缆的火焰蔓延速度。UL1685最后一次修改是2000年11月,用于测试安装在垂直竖井的光缆的烟雾浓度及火焰蔓延长度,将电缆垂直捆扎在铁制架上,测试在20.6KW煤气炉烘烤下电缆的延烧距离以及从电缆冒出的浓烟量,试验时间持续20分钟,最大的火焰蔓延长度为 2.4米,烟雾发散小于95m2,烟雾发散速率小于0.25 m2/s 该测试方法没有涉及烟雾毒性及腐蚀性,用于测试CM等级线缆。图:UL1581/1685垂直电缆架测试方法(CM)UL1581 VW1 (vertical wirel

3、 )测试方法:用于测试安装在垂直竖井的单根电缆的火焰蔓延速度,将单电缆垂直捆扎在铁制架上,测 试在500W煤气炉烘烤下电缆的延烧距离以及从电缆冒岀的浓烟量,最大的火焰蔓延长度为 25.4毫米,该测试方法没有涉及毒性及腐蚀性,用于测试CMX等级线缆。VTFT (UL1685) - CM11 Acceptance Criteria11.1 Each cable specimen shall have the following properties when tested as described in 8 1.1 - 9 11 (UL test):a) The cable char height

4、 for each specimen shall be less than 8 ft, 0 inch (244 cm) when measured from the bottom of the cable tray.b) The total smoke released in 20 min for each specimen shall not exceed 95 m2.c) The peak smoke release rate for each specimen shall not exceed 0.25 m2/s.FT-4 (UL1685) - CMG19 Acceptance Crit

5、eria19.1 Each individual representative cable construction shall have the following properties when tested as described in 16.1 1 -17,1.1 (FT4/IEEE 1202 type of test):a) The cable char height for each specimen shall be less than 4 ft 11 inches (15 m) when measured from the lower edge of the burner f

6、ace.b) The total smote released in 20 min for each specimen shall not exceed 150 m2.c The peak smoke release rate for each specimen s|iall not exceed 0,40 m2/s.Riser (UL1666) - CMR9 Acceptance Criteria9In order to determine acceptance for each cable construction, two tested specimens from a sample l

If the maximum flame propagation distances of the two sets of specimens for a cable construction have a differenee greater than 5 fl (1.52 m), a third set of specimens shall be tested A maximum of three tests shall be performed. If acceptance is not achiev

8、ed with the three test limits, an additional sample lot of the cable construction must be submitted for evaluationa) The flame propagation height of each set of cable specimens shall not equal or exceed 12 ftr 0 in (3 m, 66 cm).b) The temperature of any thermocouple shall not exceed 850.0T (454 4X).
