2、学模式和教学手段为-体的教学体系。（二）教学目标：人学英语的教学口标是培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，使他们在今后工作和社会 交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书血的信息交流，同时壇强其自主学习能力，提高综合文化索养，以 适应我国社会发展和国际交流的需耍。技能要求听说读写译能听懂英语 讲课及简短 会话和谈话。 语速为每分 钟 130-150 词的英文材料 播放两遍后，能抓住屮心 大意和要点， 领会作者观 点和态度。能进行简单的日常 会话，能就教材内容作简短四 答和复述，能就熟悉 的话题作 简短发言，表达思想 基本清楚。能顺利阅读语言难度屮 等的一般性题材的文章 和基本阅读英语国家报 刊

3、杂志的一般性题材文 章，理解中心大意，抓住 主要事实和有关细节。阅 读速度达到每分钟70 词；在快速阅读篇幅较 氏、难度略低的材料时， 阅读速度达到每分钟100 词，并能就阅读材料进行 略读或寻读。能较好地描述个人经历、 事件、观感、情感等；能 就定话题或提纲在半 小时内写出100-120词的 短文，内容完整、用词恰 当、语篇连贯，表达意思 清楚，无重大语言错谋， 并能使用恰当的写作技 能。能写短信和便条。内 容完整，条理清楚。能借助词典対题材熟 悉的文章进行英汉互 译，理解止确，译文 基本达意，英译汉速 度为每小时300英语 单词，汉译英速度为 每小时250字。译文 基木流畅，基木忠实 原文
