如何写英语口头通知

1、口头通知口头通知是一种实用性文体。发布口头通知首先说明被通知的对象，在正文前面有呼语且顶左格写，如： LadieS and gen tleme n, BOyS and girls等等。为了引正听者的注意，需另起行不顶格写一些引人注意的话，如：Be quiet, please! May I have youratte ntio n? Atte ntion, please!等。口头通知要口头发布，因而可以用较随意 口语体，如：I ' ll, I ' Ve等。口头通知在结束时要有结束语，这是因为口头 通知需要用一些语言表明通知的起止，如用That' S all.表示通知到此为
