1、人工电磁媒质论文:人工电磁媒质传输机理研究与应用【中文摘要】人工电磁媒质(Metamaterial)是通过人为方式改变 媒质的结构,使其具有特殊电磁性质的一类物质。典型的人工电磁媒 质主要有左手材料、电磁感应透明媒质、光子晶体等。本文主要对电 磁格栅进行研究。周期排列的金属线条构成了金属电磁格栅,它是人工电磁媒质的一种重要的实现形式。不同结构的电磁格栅具有不同的 电磁传输特性,特别是其透波特性和带隙特性,研究电磁格栅的传输 机理对人工电磁媒质的应用具有十分重要的现实意义。首先,本文建立了电磁格栅的理论模型,从理论上分析了影响电磁格栅传输特性的 因素。研究了两种典型电磁格栅结构的传输特性,利用时

2、域分析的方 法对影响结构性质的参数进行分析,总结出传输变化规律。分析中,选取了长方体和圆柱体单元形状的一维电磁格栅和以长方体形结构 为基础的二维格栅作为研究对象,对波在经过结构的传输后所产生电 场的变化,利用OptiFDTD 仿真软件做出了具体的分析,对应的每一个 结构参数均给出了仿真结果。通过分析,给出了影响波传输及经过格 栅耦合后,电场的变化规律,为电磁格栅的设计提供了理论参考。其次, 研究了两种不同边界的楔形波导结构的传输特性,通过对金属铜边界 楔形波导的研究,总结出其传输特性与结构参数之间的规律,提出了 利用楔形波导结构对特定频率电磁波提取的设想。首先,根据光子晶体的带隙特性解决了电磁

3、波传输损耗的问题。接着,从理论上论证了 不同频率的电磁波在楔形波导中的传播深度是不同的。然后,构建以光子晶体为边界的楔形波导结构,并进行仿真。结果表明,该结构有望 可以实现特定频率电磁波的提取。最后,总结了本文的全部工作,并对 后期的相关研究工作做了展望。【英文摘要】 Metamaterial is a kind of material which has specialelectromagneticcharacteristics, its structure can bechanged in artificial way. The typical Metamaterial includes

In this paper, the electromagnetic grating will bestudied.Periodically arrayed metal strips con stitute the metal electromagneticgrating which is a vital realization form of Metamaterial. Electromag

Therefore, it has con siderable sig nifica nce to study thetran smissi on mecha nism for the applicati on of Metamaterial.Firstly, wemade

6、 a theoretical model of electromag netic grat in g,a nalyzed thefactors that in flue nce electromagnetic grating transmissioncharacteristics theoretically. Then, the transmission properties of twotypical electromagnetic grating were studied. Parameters which in fluence the structure character were a

7、n alyzed withtime-doma in an alysis methods, and a tran smissi on cha nging regularitywas con eluded as a result. In the an alysis, study objects are selected asthe on e-dime nsional electromag netic grating in the form of cuboid andcylinder unit and the two-dimensional electromagnetic grating on th

8、ebasis of cuboidstructure. The variation of electromagnetic wave s electricfield caused by tran smissi on through structures was an alyzed in detailusing OptiFDTD simulation software. The simulation result of eachstructure parameter was provided. With the analysis, a regularity of theelectric field

9、variation caused by transmission and grating coupling wasgiven, offering a theoretical refere nee for electromag netic grati ng design. After that, tran smissi on properties of wedge-shape waveguidestructures with two differe nt boun daries were an alyzed, Through theresearch on wedge-shape waveguide with boun daries of cooper, Andalso, the relati on ship betwee n tran smissi on property and structureparameters was provided, put forward a proposal that extract electromagnetic wave with certa in freque ncy with wedge-shape waveguide.
