1、信用卡论文：信用卡信用卡风险 风险管理 VaR 技术【中文摘要】1985 年 6 月中国银行珠江分行在国内发行第一张 信用卡,从此我国信用卡业务不断发展。进入 21 世纪以来,我国商业 银行信用卡业务在发卡量、交易量以及用卡环境上获得了极大的发展 信用卡业务成为个商业银行最为盈利的产品之但是，随着信用卡发卡 量和使用频率的日益增加，随之而来的信用卡风险问题也越来越突 出。从发行、使用结算到银行日常监管等诸多环节都存在风险隐患，而且信用卡风险更是具有涉及面广、 风险种类多样、 社会危害性大的 特点。如何有效识别当前形式下的信用卡风险，制定切实有效的发卡 及日常控制体系，降低信用卡风险产生的损失，

2、提高商业银行的利润 水平成为各家商业银行面临的重大课题。 本文从韩国及台湾的信用卡 危机出发,结合我国商业银行信用卡业务的现状，指出了我国信用卡 风险管理中存在的问题。对于信用卡风险的成因，本文从法律、管理、 技术、经济环境等方面进行了系统的分析，并提出了防范信用卡风险 的一系列措施。本文提出引入 VaR 技术，实施对信用卡风险的动态管 理，并提出了利用改进的会计记录建立信用卡 VaR 风险管理报告体系 的具体方法。最后，本文以中国银行为对象对信用卡风险的防范进行 了案例分析，指出了中国银行在信用卡风险管理存在的具体问题，提 出中国银行防范信用卡风险的具体管理措施。【英文摘要】Ju ne of
