13、rres pond to the sti pu lati ons of this con tract and The Buyer fails to ame nd thereafter its terms within 10 days after the rece ipt of no tificati on from The Seller, The Seller shall have the right to termi nate the con tract or to p ost pone the delivery of the goods and shall have also the ri

14、ght to lodge a claim for compen sati on.11. 不可抗力(Force Majeure):不承担11.1合同任何一方因不可抗力事件不能履行合同的全部或部分义务时， 任何责任。Non-performanee by a party is excused if that party proves that the non-performanee was due to“ Force Majeure ”11.2本合同所称不可抗力事件是指合同双方在订立合同时不能预见、对其发生和后果不能避免并不能克服的事件，如战争、火灾、地震、政策变化等。“ Force Majeure
