6、地，基地培养的学生要求达到：1. 具有坚定的政治信念，具有高度的爱国主义热情，具有崇高的理想，具有强烈的社 会责任心，过硬的社会竞争力乃至国际竞争力，个性与人格得到充分、健康地发展。2. 具备扎实的数学、经济学理论基础，掌握扎实的基本金融理论、金融数学、金融工 程和金融管理理论与实务知识，能够开发、设计、操作新型的金融工具和手段。3. 具备扎实的数理分析基础和运用数学模型的技能，能够综合运用经济金融分析方法和手段进行社会调查、分析以及解决金融实务问题。4. 学生毕业后能够胜任在银行、保险、证券、信托等金融部门从事金融业务性 、技术 性以及管理性工作；胜任在企业从事财务、理财、风险管理工作；胜任
