12、三、施工条件1、   墙面应清洁、干燥、平整并无松散的砂浆和杂物。门窗框应安装到位。2、   施工过程中及施工后24小时内，施工现场环境温度和基层墙体表面温度不得低于5，风力不大于5级。3、   工时应避免直接日晒和雨淋。必要时，应在脚手架上搭设防晒布遮挡墙面以避免阳光的直射和雨水的冲刷。4、   墙体系统在施工过程中所采取的保护措施，应按设计要求施工完毕后方可拆除。 四、施工工艺流程基面处理-拌制康克粘结剂-粘贴翻包玻纤网格布-粘贴保温板-安装固定锚栓-打磨修理-划分凹线条-拌制康克轻质抹面砂浆-压入翻

13、包及增强网格布-粘贴网格布-康克轻质抹面砂浆抹平处理-补洞及修理-变形缝处理-修整验收 （一）基面处理1、   必须彻底清除基层表面的粉尘。松动、不清洁的墙体及模具油、泛白的墙面必须事先清除掉。凹陷部位用康克轻质抹面砂浆进行修平处理。基层必须干燥并具有一定的机械强度。2、   对新建工程的结构墙体，用水平靠尺检查，最大偏差应小2mm/m,超差部分应剔凿或用水泥砂浆修补平整。3、   康克打底液（1:1用清水稀释）的施工温度为5 -30 ，宜采用滚筒式喷枪的施工方法。对基面进行打底处理。4、 康克打底液施工4小时以上可进行下一

14、步的操作（粘贴聚苯板）。 （二）拌制康克粘结剂1、 康克粘结剂每袋（25公斤）需要约6升干净水。2、 用量：与基底的平整程度、隔热保温板的种类以及粘贴方式有关，大约3-4公斤/平米。具体用量按施工现场实际情况确定。3、 拌制工作应有专人负责，严格计量。4、   拌制采用先加水后加粉的机械搅拌方法，严格按照粘结剂的需水要求进行搅拌，达到搅拌均匀，无粉块等，拌好的粘结剂应静置5分钟左右再进行搅拌后方可使用。5、   拌制后的粘结剂在使用过程中不可再加水拌制使用。拌好的料应注意防晒避风，以免水份蒸发过快而出现表面结皮现象。6、  

15、 如搅拌桶内的材料放置时间过长，出现表面结皮及部分硬化时，则桶内材料应当作废料处理。7、   拌制好的康克粘结剂应在30分钟左右的时间用完（具体时间与现场的环境、湿度有关）。 （三）用康克粘结剂粘贴聚苯保温板         聚苯板的粘贴可分为条粘法和点粘法。条粘法：采用8mm带齿平抹子，将康克粘结剂均匀地涂抹在聚苯板上。              

16、;                                条粘法 点粘法：聚苯板周边涂抹康克粘结剂，宽约20mm,厚约5mm,中间部位均匀布点，点粘面积与苯板面积之比不得小与40%点粘法本系统推荐条粘法，点粘法可作为补充方法使用1、   涂抹粘接的工作平台，应避免直接放置

17、在风口处，以避免过大的穿堂风而加速粘接剂的表面结皮，进而降低粘接强度。2、   粘结剂以指触方法确定是否可以使用（指触不粘粘结剂时不可再使用），搅拌均匀的粘结剂在使用时应在每粘贴一片聚苯板前用抹刀搅拌一下粘结剂以避免结皮。3、   将康克粘结剂涂抹在聚苯板上后，应迅速将聚苯板粘贴在墙上（注意：康克粘结剂涂抹在聚苯板表面后，若在空气中暴露时间过长，粘结剂表面易形成一层薄薄的结皮而影响粘结强度），然后再用水平尺压平操作以保证平整度和粘贴牢固。板与板之间要挤紧，板间不留间隙，接缝处不得涂抹康克粘结剂。每帖完一块应及时清除可能挤出的粘结剂。4、 采用条粘法应注意

18、带齿抹子的抹刀痕迹应平行、均匀，在聚苯板的表层不应出现平片现象。用带齿的抹刀涂抹粘结剂时，抹刀底面于聚苯板之间应维持70°-  80° 之间，以保证有足够的粘结剂用量，同时在聚苯板的四角应补加4个点的粘结剂以增强相应的粘接强度。对有严重空鼓现象的聚苯板应取下重贴。（对出现轻微空鼓的聚苯板可用补加锚拴的方法进行加固处理）5、 聚苯板粘结时应无拼接缝，聚苯板之间的缝隙应可能地用切割成相应大小的聚苯板板条来填补，不可用砂浆填充。 6、 如聚苯板之间的表面出现不平整处，可采用砂纸打磨抹平，相应的聚苯板碎屑应及时清除掉。7、 注意留出相应的建筑伸缩缝8、 凡在粘贴

19、的聚苯板侧边外露处（如伸缩缝、建筑沉降缝、温度缝等缝线两侧，门窗等处），都应做网格布翻包处理。9、 要确保聚苯板粘结剂的用量。10、聚苯板的粘贴应自下而上，并沿水平横向粘贴以保证连续结合，而且两排聚苯板竖向错缝应为1/211、在墙拐角处应先排好尺寸并裁切好聚苯板，使其粘贴时垂直交错连接，以保证拐角处平整和垂直。12、建议在粘贴聚苯板时，最下层聚苯板离地面的高度为300mm。13、建议在粘贴聚苯板之前，最下层聚苯板可事先锚固相应的聚苯板托架，以提高整个系统的安全性能。仿佛顷刻间，亚运就来到了我们身边。一个普通的人，很难想象它背后隐藏着多少人的心血，藏匿着多少人的汗水，背负着多少人的梦想，寄托了多
