3、 for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderlyDing Yantao【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of minimally invasive SuperPath approach for artificial femoral head replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods: Eighty-three patients w ith femoral neck fra

4、ctures in the Orthopedic Hospital of Luzhou City were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group (n=41) and observation group (n=42) according to different surgical routes. The control group underwent artificial femoral head replacement by conventional posterolateral ap pro

5、ach. The observation group underwent minimally invasive SuperPath approach for artificial femoral head replacement. The operation of the two groups was compared. The amount of intraoperative blood loss, the 48 h after operation, and the weight after operation were compared. Time) and visual analog s

6、cale (VAS) an d Harris score before and after surgery, and statistics of complications occurred in both groups. RESULT S: The amount of bleeding in the observation group and the drainage volume at 48 h after operation were l ower than those in the control group. The weight-bearing time was shorter t

7、han that of the control group. The VAS score was lower than that of the control group at 6 weeks after operation. The Harris score was h igher than the control group. The significance of learning (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in th e observation group was 4.76% (2/42), which was lower

8、than that in the control group (21.95% (9/41). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). : Minimally invasive SuperPath approach for artificial femoral head replacement is effective in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. The effe ct is significant, intraoperative blood loss
