31、适用于沥青路面表面层、中面层、下面层。再生沥青混合料的最大粒径宜从上至下逐渐增大,并应与压实层厚度相匹配,沥青层一层的厚度不宜小于集料公称最大粒径的2.53.0倍。第 11 页 共 12 页2 材料要求2.1 旧沥青混合料用于工厂热再生的旧沥青混合料应干燥、洁净,无沥青粘结的砂石料不得多于沥青旧料质量的5%,含泥量不得大于1%,用于再生生产的旧沥青混合料颗粒尺寸应小于31.5(方孔筛)。旧沥青混合料占热再生沥青混合料质量百分比比不超过30。2.2 再生剂再生剂应具备以下性能:(1)与旧沥青材料有良好的相容性和较广的适应性;(2)改善旧沥青的路用性能;(3)不含蜡质成分;(4)性能稳定,并具有较

41、下面层车辙试验动稳定度 不小于次/mm12001000800600T9719水稳定性:残留马歇尔稳定度 不小于冻融劈裂试验残留强度比 不小于%8575807580758075T0709T07295 再生沥青混合料配合比设计5.1 目标配合比5.1.1 旧沥青材料组成分析对沥青旧料进行抽提分析,得到旧料中沥青含量及旧料矿料颗粒组成,作为目标配合比设计依据;5.1.2 回收沥青材料性能分析将抽提出来的旧沥青溶液按公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程(JTJ052)中的T0726试验方法回收沥青,并测定回收旧沥青的针入度与软化点;5.1.3 再生沥青混合料级配初定按工程经验确定旧料掺配比例,旧料掺配比例

42、不大于总质量的30%,根据旧料颗粒、新集料、矿粉筛分结果以及表8给定级配范围,确定各矿料比例;5.1.4 再生剂材料掺配比例的确定根据旧料中含有的沥青材料性能,初定几个不同掺量的再生剂比例,进行旧沥青材料再生试验(包括延度、针入度、软化点等三大指标),对照相关指标要求,选定再生剂掺配比例;5.1.5 新沥青材料掺量确定选择5个不同新沥青掺配比例,成型马歇尔试件,并进行马歇尔试验,按常规配合比设计方法确定新沥青材料最佳用量;5.1.6 性能验证试验对上述设计结果进行性能验证试验,各项性能指标满足表10要求,目标配合比设计试验工作完成,出具报告;若性能验证试验结果不能满足要求转入(3),调整级配,

43、确定最佳沥青用量,直至设计结果通过性能验证;多次从复试验如仍未获得良好的结果,则应分析原因。5.2 生产配合比设计与调试5.2.1 冷料流量试验对沥青旧料、不同规格矿料,进行冷料流量试验,确定冷料流量与拌和设备设定参数数量关系,作为后继工作的基础。5.2.2 确定各热料仓矿料和矿粉的用量根据冷料流量试验、目标配合比设计结果,对二次筛分后进入各料仓的矿料取样进行筛分,根据筛分结果,通过计算(旧料中矿料按目标配合比比例进行计算),使矿质混合料的级配符合表8规定,并尽可能与目标配合比设计级配一致,确定各热料仓矿料和矿粉的用料比例。5.2.3 确定最佳油石比取目标配合比设计的最佳掺配比OAC和OAC±(0.20.4)%三个油石比,取以上计算的矿质混合料、以及目标配合比旧料、再生剂用量,采用试验
