1、LCT 微机励磁控制器LCT Digital Excitation Controller通讯规约Communication ProtocolLCT微机励磁控制器与DCS分散控制系统的通讯协议The protocol of LCT digital excitation controller and DCS separated controlling system一、 通讯标准 Communication standard采用RS-232串口;通讯波特率9600bps;3线通讯方式数据出、数据入、地。Adopt RS-232 serial port;9600bps communicating ba

2、ud rate; three-line communicating mode(data output, data input, earth).二、 通讯协议 Communication protocol采用MODBUS协议,RTU编码方式。Adopt Modbus protocol, RTU coding mode.采用主从式通讯方式,DCS系统为主站,励磁控制器为从站。Adopt master-slaving communication mode, define DCS system as master station, digital excitation controller as sl

3、ave station.三、 通讯数据格式 Communication data mode1位起始位,8位数据位,没有奇偶校验,2位停止位。1 bit as start bit, 8 bit as data bit, non odd and even checking, 2 bit as stop bit.错误检测采用CRC16校验方式,校验多项式为X16+X15+X2+1。Error checking adopts CRC16 test mode, testing multinomial is X16+X15+X2+1.四、 数据包格式 Data package format起始Start目

5、character(about 4ms).目的地址Destination address:DCS主站要访问的从站地址。如果励磁调节器为双通道结构,则占用两个从站地址;假设励磁调节器为单通道结构,则占用一个从站地址。 The slave address which the DCS master station should call on. If excitation regulator is two-channel structure, engross two slave station addresses; If single-channel structure, then use one

6、slave station address.功能码Function code:主站告知从站所要执行的操作代码。 Master station give slave station the operation code it will carry out.数据Data:传送的数据,长度为N字节。Sent data, length is N byte.CRC校验CRC checking:前面所有数据的CRC校验值,长度为2字节。The CRC testing value of above all data, length is 2 bytes.五、 功能码定义 Function code defi

7、nition为保证微机励磁调节装置的可靠运行,调节装置只支持DCS主站的读命令,不允许DCS主站对调节装置进行控制。调节装置所支持的功能码如下:To guarantee excitation regulators reliable running, regulating equipment only support DCS master stations reading commend, controlling regulating equipment by DCS master station is forbidden. 11、字节为输出开关量,首地址为01H。K系列的开关量为送出装置或由装置外送入的开关量,F系列的开关量只送至控制器面板或只由控制器面板送入的开关量。The digital excitation regulator send to DCS master station has 8 bytes, in turn is Kairu1, Kairu2, Kairu3, Fairu, Kaicu1, Kaicu2, Kaicu3, Faccu. Thereinto the first four bytes are input digital, the other four are output digital

26、Data N(Hi)数据NLoData N(Lo)CRC校验LoCRC checkingLoCRC校验HiCRC checkingHi微机励磁调节装置向DCS主站发送的模拟量的额定值有5个字,10个字节。依次为Vfref、Vfref、Iref、Pref、Qref,首地址为01H,其定义分别为:发电机励磁专用电压互感器之额定发电机电压采样值、发电机仪表用电压互感器之额定发电机电压采样值、发电机电流互感器之额定发电机电流采样值、额定发电机有功功率采样值、额定发电机无功功率采样值。另外发电机直流量如发电机转子电压、电流及调节器输出电流等的额定采样值统一规定为1000H,因此不再向DCS主站发送该量。

In addition the rating sampling value of generator DC data (such as generator rotor voltage, current and regulator output curr

31、heckingLoCRC校验HiCRC checkingHi微机励磁调节装置向DCS主站发送的模拟量有11个字,22个字节。依次为Vf、Vf 、If、P、Q、Vfd、Ifd、Iffd、Vref、Href、,首地址为01H,其定义分别为:发电机励磁专用电压互感器之发电机电压、发电机仪表用电压互感器之发电机电压、发电机电流、发电机有功、发电机无功、发电机转子电压、发电机转子电流、调节器输出电流、发电机自动给定、发电机手动给定、可控硅开放角。另外Vref的基准值为Vfref;Href的基准值为1000H,无刷励磁时以调节器输出电流为单位、其它励磁方式以发电机转子电流为单位;的值按4000H对应90&
