35、方有权解除劳动合同并无须给乙方任何经济补偿金：（一）严重违反公司员工手册、人力资源管理制度、行政管理制度、岗位职责规定、上司任务安排等一系列公司规章制度的；（二）严重失职，营私舞弊，给甲方利益造成重大损害的；（三）被依法追究弄事责任的；（四）乙方同时在其他地方兼职或以任何形式，对甲方的工作任务造成严重影响，或者经过甲方提出后仍不改正。 （五）在试用期被证明不录用条件的；（六）乙方被发现其存在虚假欺骗行为（包括但不限于其假工作经历、假学历证、假身份证明等），使甲方违背真实意思的情况下与乙方订立合同的；the contract may be discharged by the employer with immediate effect and the employee will not be compensated if the employee :(1 materially breaches the employers rules and regulations;(2) commits serious dereliction of duty or practices graft, causing substantial damage to the employer;(3) has additionally established an emp
