1、村综治履职报告人保局综治履职报告 - 履职工作报告 年，在区委、区政府的正确指导和区政法委的指导下，我团结带着全局同志，以“三个代表”重要思想和科学开展观为指导，按照“保增长、保民生、保稳定”的要求，认真贯彻落实社会治安综合治理目的管理责任制，充分发挥成员单位的职能优势，扎实做好就业再就业、社会保障、劳动维权等各项工作，为维护全区社会和谐稳定尽了绵薄之力。一、加强组织指导，深化推进综治工作一年来，我结实树立“稳定是硬任务，是第一责任”的思想，坚持把社会治安综合治理工作列为一项重要工作来抓。一是健全综治工作指导机构。年初根据人事变动情况，调整了综治工作工作指导小组，并与各科室及下属单位层层签订了

2、综合治理目的管理责任书，确保了各项综治工作任务的全面落实。二是健全综治维稳工作机制。建立健全了主要指导公开接访、约访下访、指导包案、重大不稳定隐患督办等工作制度，进一步完善了单位内部平安保卫、责任追究等长效机制。三是严肃工作纪律，强化值班制度。严格执行指导带班、工作人员值班制度，确保值班不空岗、带班不缺岗。同时，要求每一名干部职工在工作时间都要坚守岗位，工作之外手机必须24小时开机，确保通迅联络畅通。四是定期催促、检查综治工作开展情况。坚持每季度召开一次综治工作例会，认真学习上级综治工作文件精神，及时研究解决在综治工作中出现的新情况、新问题，努力确保各项工作任务圆满完成。二、充分发挥部门职能职

3、责，积极维护社会稳定我局作为综治工作成员单位，就业再就业、社会保障等许多工作关系到广阔群众的切身利益，关系到全区的改革、开展、稳定大局，为此，我带着导全局同志，立足部门职能，细化措施、狠抓落实，全力做好人力资和社会保障各项工作，积极维护全区社会稳定。一紧盯就业增长新节点，力促就业形势持续稳定为拓宽就业渠道，今年来，我局转变思维，推出三项新举措，拓展招聘求职新渠道。一是在火车站广场设立了园区企业招聘点，发布企业招聘岗位、受理求职人员登记，今年来共发布招聘信息20余条，招聘人员800余人；二是充分利用互联网资，开通了“人才网”就业效劳网站，实行“订单式”一站招聘。今年共有50余家企业依托该网站发布

4、招聘岗位1800多个，个人发布求职简历600余份，近百人次通过该网站找到工作。三是依托传统媒体，借助电视、报纸、手机等平台发布各类招聘信息20余条，实现了就业效劳区域性覆盖。在全局上下的共同努力下，今年我区就业类民生指标全面完成。其中，“零就业”家庭安置率和工业园区定向培训两项指标位列全市第一。城镇就业率再创新高，头10个月实现城镇新增就业人员6625人，下岗失业人员再就业823人，分别完成全年任务的265和103。为了给区内创业提供强有力的资金支持，我局本着对口效劳、前移效劳、延伸效劳的理念，认真做好小额担保贷款工作，今年来累计发放小额贷款万元；向市里争取重点工程扶持资金100万元，扶持的庐

5、陵创业示范街“万安鱼头店”等10家店铺在去年落实5万元政府贴息贷款的根底上，今年又兑现了一次性创业补贴共计万余元，为这些店铺做大做强提供了有力的资金支持。二紧扣改善民生着力点，全力做好社会保障工作今年来，我局以新农保试点工作为契机，以推进基层劳保所建立为提升点，以把握社保效劳流程、标准为关键，大力完善社会保障体系，为改善民生、促进和谐提供直接动力。社保民生指标均提早三个月完成市级下达全年方案数，中小学学生参保率等两项指标位列全市第一。今年头10个月，我区新农保完成征缴保费510万元，参保人数万人，总参保率逾六成；完成征缴养老保险基金、工伤基金、失业保险基金等7项社保基金共计2800余万元，总参

6、保人数万人次，支付医疗保险待遇984万元。三是加大劳动维权利度，实在维护务工人员的合法权益今年来，我局加大依法监察力度，注重强化园区企业依法用工意识，建立了园区企业定期巡查制度，积极为企业和用工人员协调解决劳资纠纷。一是着力开展了劳动法律法规宣传活动。年初在火车站开展了以“送温暖、送政策、送岗位、送效劳”为主要内容的春风行动，发放宣传材料6000余份，现场解答群众咨询160余人次；年中深化企业进展了社保法调研、宣传，走访企业20多家，宣传面达4000多人。二是开展了区内用工大检查活动。召集区内各企业单位管理人员、基层劳保所负责人举办企业用工管理培训班，进展普法教育。年内开展“拉网式”用工大检查

7、一次，较好地防止了违法用工行为的发生。三是认真开展了劳动维权工作。1-10月份共接到举报投诉案件64件，为劳动者追回拖欠、克扣的工资万元；立案、结案劳动争议案件25件，其中17件得到有效裁决，8件调解成功；处理工伤案件80起，认定工伤37件，拨付工伤保险费近40万元，有力促进了我区经济建立和谐开展。总之，一年来，经过全局上下共同努力，我局综治工作获得了一定成效，但与区综治委和人民群众的要求相比还存在一些差距，在今后的工作中，要立足部门实际，认真落实社会治安综合治理各项措施，在深度和广度上下功夫，为维护全区社会和谐稳定做出新的奉献。city Munipal Party Central work,
