2、，通过创造不同的服务来迎合客户的不同需求，其花店已成功跻身美国销售额最高的花店之一。花艺表情花店年销售额超过100万美金。他的例子很具说服性借鉴性，Rothstein先生也非常乐于与国内同行分享他的心得体会，现场除了他讲演之外，将预留大块时间供国内花店经营者就自己关心的花店经营问题，现场提问。2. 将邀请Florists Review Enterprises公司董事长、所有者和经营者也是企业的CEO达德利女士（Frances Dudley）就“拥有10位以上员工的专业花店的经营之道”问题讲演。-该企业拥有美国历史最悠久也是最大的一本花店花艺产业杂志Florists Review和Super F

3、loral Retailing杂志，并出版经营众多花卉书籍，Florists Review还是目前美国唯一的一本独立制作的花店花艺商业月刊。杂志的月发行量达到了2.8万本。其公正独立的报道，引领花店业时尚的风格为其在美国及全世界赢得了声誉。根据一家名为Prince & Prince的独立调查机构2005年的调查结果显示：Florists Review是目前美国花店花艺行业最畅销的商业杂志；Super Floral Retailing创刊于1976年，读者定位于大型超市内的花店经营者及大宗花卉采购商。这些大宗采购者每年的采购量在160亿美元以上。杂志的定位迎合了这一个特殊的读者群体。该杂

4、志目前的月发行量有1.66万本，一些著名的超市，如Kroger, Wal-Mart and Costco都是其读者。 插花表演注：（本届展会将同时联合亚洲花艺设计者联盟、上海插花花艺协会、中国花卉协会零售业分会和中国花店花艺论坛，把原有的插花表演打造成如下3部分。据亚洲花艺设计者联盟负责人介绍，目前已确定日本和韩国将分别组织著名花艺设计团前来参观本届展会，日本和韩国的组团人数目前已均超出了30人。1. 插花表演真人秀-目前已经确定荷兰2场，韩国2场、日本2场，台湾2-3场、国内花艺师4场 （具体日程安排争取于3月初公布，尽请期待）2. 花艺作品展示-现场将有200平方米的亚洲花艺设计者的精彩花

5、艺作品展示，中国花卉协会零售业分会将有300平方米左右的作品联合大汇展，现场精彩，不容错过。3. 国际知名花艺图片展-现场将首次公布100多张国际花艺界最新的花艺作品图片联展，使观众不出国门，即能领略最新国际花艺流行。 中国林机协会园林机械委员会会员大会 上海市园艺学会理事会 上海市花卉协会花卉市场专业委员会一届五次理事会 上海市园林绿化招投标代理有限公司将联合上海得力软件公司就“上海市园林绿化建设工程、工程量清单、招标、投标、回标分析软件改版升级”召开座谈会，由于上海得力公司是上海市建设委员会的下属企业，上海几乎所有的园林工程公司都被指定使用该公司的园林软件，所以届时上海周边地区的园林工程开

9、 retail floral enterprise in the USA over 25 years ago.  He successfully grew his florist business into one of the top retail florists in America, with annual sales revenue of more than USD $1 million, through applying his management and marketing skills.  Mr. Jeff Rothstein is not a flori

10、st designer, instead as a florist shop businessman, he focused on what he thought were mistakes of other florists, and developed his own flower shop management strategies including how to create new products and services for his customers.
