1、2022年乡镇党建宣传月活动总结摘 要:振兴东北老工业基地是一项系统工程，需全面调度，和谐并进。加强法治环境建设，既是老工业基地振兴的任务，也是老工业基地振兴的保障。如何评价老工业基地的法治状况?就东北某市的调查可以认为，在取得明显进步的同时，尚存在不容忽视的问题，如行政行为的随意化、利益化，行政监督的弱化;审判质量和效率不高，司法监督不力等。老工业基地振兴伴随着市场化进程的加快，法治的作用几乎无所不在，迫切需要法治环境的支撑。应加强地方立法，适时出台地方法规、规章;提高认识，努力建立行政执法、司法的良性机制;加强法治宣传教育。 关键词:东北;老工业基地;法治环境 Abstract:Revit
