1、八年级下册 Un it 4 Why don ' t you talk to your p说课稿?一、说教材一教材分析教材的地位和作用:本单元承接八年级下册一单元“ What fhesmatter?中有关情态动词 should的用法,并作进一步的扩展和综合运用;本课是本单元的第一课时,集中呈现了本单元的根本词汇和语 言结构,因此,本课教学有着承上启下的重要作用。二教学目标1 Knowledge Objects:学会使用情态动词 should、could.掌握本课重点词汇2 Ability Objects培养学生应用英语谈论日常生活问题,提高学生听、说、读、写等能 力。3 Moral Ob

2、jects :通过谈论问题以及给出别人建议,让学生学会正确评价,客观看待问 题。培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣,乐于参加各种活动的积极情感,善于合作4 Teach ing importa nt and difficult points根据教学目标和学生特点, 我确立本课的教学重点为:学会使用情态动词 should、could。难点为:能够运用所学谈论问题和困难,选择或提出建议。本课主要句型:What should I do? Why don't you talk to him about it?三对教材的处理在教材的处理和把握上,始终贯穿谈论问题、提供建议这一主线,本着激发兴趣、体验参与、

3、自主学习、学以致用的原那么,循序渐进的深化教学内容。二、说教法与手段根据本课实用性强、涉及面广、语言运用量大的特点,我确立了如下教学方法和手段:1情景教学法,赋予知识和技能训练以真实的情景和语境,调动学生的参与热情。2听说读写综合训练,培养语言运用能力。3知识导入和任务设计由浅入深、由易到难、循序渐进、逐层拓展。4采用多媒体教学手段,增强直观性和趣味性,加大课堂容量。三说学法八年级下期的学生经过一年多的学习,有了一定的英语根底知识和听说能力,正逐渐 向读、写过渡,同时,学生们对英语学习还保持着较浓厚的兴趣。经过一年的新课程理念的 熏陶及实践,有了初步的自主、合作、探究、实验的能力。2.本单元的

4、主题是谈论如何答复以下问题及给出建议,可以采用任务型教学法学习新词汇,掌握重点句型,同时能比拟好地运用到实践中,解决类似问题。因此我要引导学生1.学会预习:变被动学习为主动学习,带着问题有目的地听课,可以更好地把握课堂 的重点和难点,提高课堂效率。2在游戏中学习:在 玩中学,学中玩,好玩是学生的天性,让学生轻松学习,体会 学英语原来可以这么有趣,提高学习兴趣与热情。3 合作学习:积极参与 2人或4人小组对话或活动,相互交流,互帮互助,合作完成 任务,培养团队精神,更好地掌握本课所学知识。四、说教学过程合理的教学过程是教学成功的关键,为了能让学生轻松的进入课堂,在愉悦的气氛中 学习知识,在真实的

5、情景中使用知识,在趣味的话题探讨中,积极沟通和交流,最终达成共识,我这Step1:Warm ing up这一环节大约需要 3分钟。设计这一环节的目的,是为了激发学生的学习兴趣,活泼 课堂气氛,导出本课中心话题。首先,我让学生表演一组搞笑的短剧,人物麻烦不断、问题百出、憨态逗人:My motherplays cd too loud,l have no money to buy someth in g,largued with my friend, 等等。并在出现问题 的紧要关口,不断重复本课课题:What should I do ? 使学生意识到,这就是碰到麻烦、寻求帮助是要用到的表达方式。另外

6、,生动愉快的场面,极大的调动了学生的参与热情,活泼了课堂。Step 2: stimulated into new class这一环节大约需要 8分钟。利用简笔画展示一幅生活漫画。寂静的夜晚,一弯月亮挂在树梢,一个抹着眼泪的男孩藏在树后,看着妈妈手拿电筒,焦急的呼唤、寻找。然后,写出题目:I argued with my mom. “argue单词闪现,标注问号,引起学生注意,猜想单词“argue的意思,猜想漫画的主题,得出结论:“ arguet思是吵架、争吵。老师指着画面问“ What ' s wrc引g导学生答复:The boy argued with his mom.接着,读出问题

7、:What should he do ?看过漫画后已是假设有所 思的学生们立刻会纷纷发言,谈自己的看法,展开话题。有的说:He should say sorry to hismom. 有的说: He shouldn ' atgue with his mom. 有的说: He should go home with his mom. 还有的说: He shouldn ' t make his mom worry about him. He should buy gifts for mom and say sorry.然后;老师归纳总结,把学生们的建议写在黑板上。在活动过程中,表现

8、优秀的学生; 我会马上表扬:Very good , you' re wo答复rfSl.太好的学生我会及时鼓励:Don ' t worry, I think you can do the best next time, yes接下来;老师告诉学生,情态动词 could也可用来提出建议;当你对自己提出的建议不是十分有把握的时候,那就要用到 could,而不是should 了。老师继续引导:刚刚大家提到的这些建议中,哪 些应该使用could?于是,学生纷纷发言,把其中几个should改为could。通过这样的设计,使知识由浅入深,由易到难,层层展开,既学习了新单词,又复习稳固了情态动

9、词should肯定和否认的用法,并学习了可用来提出建议的又一个单词“ coulc。另外,通过漫画也对学生进行了思想教育,使他们学会反思自己,体谅父母。Step3: Post-task这一环节大约需要10分钟。我是这样设计的:以小组为单位,展开记者行动,调查组内成员在学习和生活中所遇到的种种麻烦和问题,认真做好记录,并给出相应建议。然后填写调查表,准备在班上做记者报告。设计这一环节的目的是:学以致用,表达英语学习的最终目的为用而学,用中学,学了就用,把握课堂实践空间,稳固所学,并将这种实践延续到课后。扮演小记者, 满足了学生的表现欲,激发和培养了学生学习英语的兴趣。Step4:.liste ni

10、ng这一环节大约需要 7分钟。要求听录音,补全听力对话。设计这一环节的目的是:以听的方式集中呈现本课的重点词汇和语言结构,考查学生对本课内容的掌握程度,训练听、写能力Step5: Sum up这一环节大约需要 3分钟。在老师的引导下,学生对本课内容归纳总结,进行知识结构复现,在知识、能力、情 感等方面畅谈体会和收获,为本课教学划下圆满句号。Step6:homework利用课余时间开展调查,了解社会中存在的一些问题,然后尝试写一篇短文,针对这 些问题,提出可行方法和建议。Unit 4 Why don ' t you talk to your parents?The first perio
