7、劑Add hardener硬化劑加入之量,應求準確(通常以量杯度量稱重)。Additive amount to hardener must be accurate.加入硬化劑後,應以機械式攪拌器攪拌均勻。After add hardener, must mix completely, because of hardener is heavier than adhesives, so we must mix it up and down, dont only right and left.每次使用硬化劑後應立即將罐蓋蓋好,避免與空氣中的水份反應。After using hardener ever

10、硬化劑之比例。Weight correctly both cement(or primer) hardener.鞋廠生產線操作方法4.水性膠攪拌速度及時間為300-500 RPM8-10分鐘。Add hardener to W/B cement mix by agitator at 300-500 RPM for 8-10 minutes5.油性膠攪拌速度及時間為500-800 RPM5-8分鐘。Add hardener to S/B primer or cement mix by agitator at 500-800 RPM for 5-8 minutes.6.混合後之膠水以保鮮膜將糊劑碗

11、封住,避免水氣及污染。另標上泡膠時間。Cover the mixture with PE film to avoid dirt and moisture,7.混合後之膠水,可使用時間約2小時,所以請注意調糊(用糊)之量。The pot life of the mixture is about 2 hrs.鞋廠生產線操作方法8.雨天及濕氣(度)高時,請酌量添加硬化劑1%。Add 1% more hardener during raining day & high humidity weather.9.硬化劑使用後請將瓶口密封以避免水氣。Make sure to close tightly the

12、 container after each use to avoid moisture.10. 水性膠之包裝桶,使用後可以水清洗,清洗後水可回收加入水性膠中混合使用。NP-57(W/B cement)residues in the package vessel, can be washed with distilled water. 14、及黏著拉力 React with the adhesive resin to form a strong intermolecular bonding and increase the heat resistance of the cement.鞋廠生產線操作方法硬化劑Hardeners 分類分類Classification:不同硬化劑搭配接著劑可產生不同物性,如反應速率、耐黃變 性及接著力。下表為不同硬化劑之特性比較Different hardeners show differentproperties, such as reaction rate, yellowing resistance

16、硬化劑添加量佔接著劑3-5%即已足夠,但以不超過10%為宜。Generally, its enough to add 3-5% by weight of hardener to the adhesive, but not more than 10%.當初期接著力或後期耐熱性要求較高時,硬化劑之添加量可略為增加。Higher initial bonding strength and excellent heat resistance can be achieved by slight increase of hardener.溫度較高時,硬化劑與接著劑之反應速率加快,所以添加量可以稍減,但不可低

17、於某一限度(如3%),以確保後期硬化完全。At higher drying temperature, less hardener is better, but dont less than 3% 鞋廠生產線操作方法由於硬化劑會與水產生快速反應,故在濕氣較重之場合,為補償因與水氣作用的損失,硬化劑之添加量應稍微提高,下表可供參考 The reaction with moisture is slow for water-based hardener but rapid for solvent-based hardener in high relative humidity, thus it is

18、better to increase the amount of solvent-based hardener to make-up the loss of isocyanate. 19、eight )低於低於Below 80%3 4 %80 90 %3 5 %高於高於Above 90%4 6 %注意事項注意事項Cautions: 鞋廠生產線操作方法5.一般情況下溫度愈高,濕氣也愈高,而二者對硬化劑添加量之影響則恰好相反,此時我們應以濕度為主要考量因素,因其對硬化劑之影響較溫度為大。Temperature and humidity show opposite influence in the adding amount of hardener, the former has more influence for water-based system, but the later

20、 should be considered first for solvent-based system.6.淺色材質以選用淺色硬化劑(如CL-16, CL-12, 1048RC、1070、1071)為佳。Hardeners with pale color such as CL-16, CL-12 ,1048RC, 1070, 1071 are more suitable for materials with pale color.7.有一部份處理劑含有固成份者,可加入少量硬化劑,以提高其處理效果,但需注意其使用時效。Some primers with solid content can im

21、prove treating effect by adding little amount of hardener, but the pot life of primers should be noted.注意事項注意事項Cautions: 鞋廠生產線操作方法乾燥條件之設計Design of drying condition接著劑上膠後,必須適度之乾燥,才能得到良好之接著效果。乾燥方法可分為自然乾燥與人工乾燥兩種,自然乾燥就是在常溫下乾燥,容易受到天候、環境等之影響,無法保持一致的乾燥效果;大部份的製鞋廠均用人工乾燥法。在設計乾燥條件時,包括下列事項: After adhesive is ce

Natural drying is dry room temperature, it was easily affected by weather and environment, so it dont keep unanimous effect of drying, mo

23、st shoe-making factory adopt all artificial drying method, when we design drying condition, it will contain following items:鞋廠生產線操作方法1. 熱源的選擇熱源的選擇Selection items: 乾燥必須吸收熱能,而熱能來自各種不同之熱源,如赤外燈、電熱管、矽熱管、蒸氣套管等。應事先瞭解各種熱源之特性及其優缺點,再根據本身之需要,選擇最適合之熱源。 It must absorb heat energy during drying process, but heat

24、energy come from various different heat source, example infrared lamp, electric heater, ceramic heater, vapor tube etc. We must understand properties of various heater source and advantage of disadvantage, according to requirement of oneself, we again select most suitable heat source.乾燥條件之設計Design o

25、f drying condition鞋廠生產線操作方法2.烘箱風量循環系統烘箱風量循環系統wind intensity in ovens circulating system 乾燥另重要因素為風量因素,良好的風扇設計可提高乾燥速度。若發現風扇失靈,應馬上修復。 Wind intensity is one of the important factors for drying a good wind circulating system can accelerate the drying. 26、rk.乾燥條件之設計Design of drying condition鞋廠生產線操作方法3.乾燥時間、溫度之選定乾燥時間、溫度之選定Selection of drying time and temperature. 根據鞋型與所選定接著劑的需要,設定最適宜之乾燥時間與溫度(如附件)。 According to the shoe patterns and requirement of selected adhesive, we establish most suitable drying time and temperature.(See the attached treating proce

27、ss for various shoe materials.)乾燥條件之設計Design of drying condition鞋廠生產線操作方法4.溫度之調整與控制溫度之調整與控制Adjustment and control of temperature: 烘箱上應有溫度指示器及溫度控制系統,並應經常以留點溫度計測量箱內之實際溫度,若發現溫度不在適當範圍內應立即調整。 It must have instruction meter of temperature and control system of temperature on the oven, and usually measure

28、actual temperature of oven with detain thermometer, if we find that temperature is not suitable range, we adjust at once.乾燥條件之設計Design of drying condition鞋廠生產線操作方法表面處理表面處理Surface treating表面處理對於接著效果影響很大,正確的表面處理才能確保預估接著效果。Surface treating affect most for effect of adhesion. Correct surface-treating ca

29、n make the good adhesion.不易接著之光滑表面,或沾有油污離型劑等之表面應先磨粗處理,並注意磨粗程度,太組或太粗均非所宜。Smooth surface or surface of stained grease or release etc. must roughen before chemical treatment, and need suitable rough, too tiny or too thick is not suitable.2. 選擇正確的處理劑,不同的材質應使用不同處理劑(依糊劑廠商之標準)。Select suitable primers for d

30、ifferent substrates.3. 選擇適當之處理工具(如紗布、棉花、海棉),應以處理快速、方便、效果良好為選擇之依據。Select suitable treating tool (Example gauze, cotton, sponge etc.), it is dependent to fast treating, convenient, good effect.4.處理應求均勻、完全。Treating must be completely.5.紗布、棉花等應經常更換,尤其對含有大量離型劑之材質,若不經常更換紗布,離型劑無法處理乾燥,不能確保處理劑果。Gauze, cotton

31、 etc, must be usually changed, specially for materials containing much releasing agents , if releasing agents not removed clearly, the treating effect cant be ensured.鞋廠生產線操作方法UV處理劑與UV機台操作注意事項Notice for using UV primer and UV Machine 每次使用UV處理劑最好倒約30分鐘可使用完之量。Prepare the amount of UV primer which can

32、be used up within 30 minutes or every time.UV處理劑應確實擦拭接著面,以免接著不良。Make sure the surface of adherend had been wiped with UV primer completely, or poor adhesion will occur.UV處理劑擦拭布或工具,應經常更換保持乾淨。Change the wiping tools frequently and keep them clean.擦拭UV處理劑後確實烘乾,再照射UV以免積處理劑反應不完全。Make sure UV primer had b

33、een dried up after applying to avoid incompletely reaction.UV機啟動後,確實點燈完成後才可使用,並注意四支燈管電流表是否有通電?電流是否穩定?After switch on UV machine, make sure UV tube had been turned on, check working condition of the ammeter of UV tube.確認強、弱光開關是否正確? Check if the switch of light intensity is on the correct position. UV

34、能量是否足夠? Is the UV energy enough?鞋廠生產線操作方法UV處理劑與UV機台操作注意事項Notice for using UV primer and UV Machine8.注意燈管壽命(1000小時)。Pay attention to the usable duration of the UV tubes.(1000 hrs)9.燈管反射罩若受灰塵污染,以酒精擦拭避免UV能量不足。If the tubes and reflect cover are dirty. Wipe them with alcohol to avoid lacking of energy. 1

35、0.鞋子應儘量放於UV機輸送帶中央,且應每隻間隔一小段,避免太靠近產生陰影,使PHYLON吸收能量不足。The shoes should be put in the center of the convey belt, each piece of shoe should be kept interval, too closer arrangement of shoes may produce shadow and will lead to the insufficient energy absorption.11.每次開機燈完成後,約5分鐘以UV能量計(經校驗合乎標準)測量UV能量是否足夠?A

36、fter switching on UV tubes five minutes, using UV meter to measure the UV energy and make sure UV energy an enough state.12.處理完之鞋材儘快貼合,避免環境影響而變質。To reduce the effect factor by the environment primed phylon should be assembly immediaditely.13.處理完之鞋材請勿用手直接觸摸(請戴棉紗手套),若鞋材沒有直接上線,則請裝入黑色塑膠袋中,並標上日期。Wear cot

37、ton glove to take the pretreated shoe materials, which should be dated and put in black plastic bags when not used in production line immediately after treating.鞋廠生產線操作方法接著劑刷塗Brushing根據材質、接著劑、塗佈等選擇適合之刷子。Choose proper brush according to the kind of shoe materials, adhesives and coating.刷子每次粘膠應力求固定,塗刷

38、時力量也應求平均,才能保持膠膜之均勻厚度。Try to keep the using amount of adhesives and brushing force constant to give consistent thickness of adhesive film.除了要求塗刷速度快,亦應保持清潔,塗刷時不可使接著劑污染鞋子。Dont dirt the shoes when brushing adhesives.使用完畢之毛刷應馬上清洗乾淨。Clean the brush immediately after use 鞋廠生產線操作方法貼合Assembling保持桌台手部之乾淨(貼合手請帶手套),接著劑烘乾後貼合前不可受到污染。Keep the table and hand clean so that not to dirt the adhesives layer after drying and before assembling.看準貼合部位,應求一次貼合成功。Accurately spot to finish the assembling once.貼合後應以手先行稍微加壓。Slightly
