10、C30台帽、背墙和 侧墙帽二、施工方案1、明挖扩大基础施工1.1 定位放样根据地质情况严格按设计要求及施工规范定出放坡率,放出边桩,再按照基础尺寸、 深度确定基坑开挖尺寸,为便于立模,一般每边加宽0.5m0.8m。1.2 基坑开挖明挖扩大基础基坑开挖采用机械和人工开挖相结合,基坑开挖形式采取斜坡式。开挖 时控制边坡坡度,保持边坡稳定。根据地质水文条件,采取适当的支护措施。基坑顶做成2版坡,并疏通排水渠道,疏导水流,防止雨水或其它地表水汇集浸入基坑。坑顶缘动 载或较大静载距坑顶1.0m以外,防止塌壁。基坑预留2030cm人工清底,以免扰动原基,基坑设置排水沟和集水井,及时清排水。基坑开挖至距基底
11、设计标高 1.01.5m时, 按照设计地质资料核实基底地质岩性,如基底岩性与设计不符或承载力达不到设计要求 时,立即报请监理工程师及设计代表提出处理意见。在处理方法确定后再进行开挖至设计 标高并及时进行处理,防止因直接挖至设计标高后,因地质情况不符,等待处理意见过程 中长时间晾槽而导致施工因素造成的水浸或地质风化。合格的基坑基底,在报请监理工程 师复检批准后,迅速进行基础疗工施工,避免晾槽。1.2.1 基坑开挖施工措施cnfere nce, eane d supei ors polc es re.orts y ou ear n to deal wihir ei - s art, us wae.

20、备有1m宽的护道。(3)基坑弃磴弃于指定用地范围内,并弃于百年水位线以上,弃磴脚按设计进行防护。 用于回填的弃土堆至坑缘距离不小于基坑深度。(4)开挖后及时进行灌注基础施工,避免基底长期暴露。基底地质情况与设计不符时, 及时通知设计单位采取相应措施。1.2.2 基坑支护和排水基坑开挖前,根据地质水文、气候等条件,制定可行性防水措施,备足抽水设备,及 时排除坑内积水。基坑排水采用汇水井法,开挖中不停止抽水,抽水能力为渗水量的1.52 倍,排出的水要防止回流、回渗。基坑开挖过程中,遇到不稳定的含水土壤,放坡开挖无法保持边坡稳定,受地形条件制约无法放坡开挖时,制定可行性支护方案。加强坑壁稳 定,确保
21、施工安全。1.2.3 地基检验基坑开挖接近设计标高时,采用人工清底至设计标高。对基底平面位置、尺寸、标高、 基底承载力、基底稳定性、基坑侧壁和基底是否有隐蔽性溶洞、暗河进行隐蔽工程检查, 经监理工程师检查确认签字后,进行下道工序施工,否则按设计图纸或监理工程师指令进 行基底处理。1.3 模板加工及安装按照基础尺寸,放出模板边线。基础模板采用全新大块组合钢模板施工,以增强整体 刚度,减少接缝数量,并可节省连接、支撑等配件的使用量。根据基础几何尺寸进行拼装, 采用钢管脚手架及对拉螺栓等连接构件进行加固。模板结构及各部位尺寸应符合规范要 求,模板及模板支撑应具有足够的刚度、强度和稳定性。1.4 混凝
22、土浇筑1.4.1 基坑开挖后,及时浇注混凝土,避免基坑长期暴露。浇注混凝土前,先对基础 进行处理,基底为粘性土时,在基底设计标高下,夯填一层1015cmi卒石层。基底面为岩石时,浇筑前洒水润湿,铺一层厚 23cm水泥砂浆,然后于水泥砂浆凝结前浇筑第一层混 凝土。1.4.2 基础混凝土施工由桥梁工区拌合站集中拌合,混凝土输送车运输,采用溜槽入 模,插入式振捣器振捣。振捣器振捣时要插至前一层混凝土,以保证新浇混凝土与先浇混fli-t y1t l t jtwtt l t ltyt Tti lthf ttyTh l thif w r it tlywwt tb"f i l" if&q

29、pmentwof andg sroos webcmisof ad凝土结合良好。 混凝土浇筑完后,经养护、拆模、如质量上没有问题,及时回填。1.4.3 基础片石混凝土浇注施工措施:(1)混凝土使用的粗细骨料、水泥及石料经试验合格后方可使用。(2)填充片石的数量不超过混凝土体积的 25%片石厚度不小于150mm片石的抗压 强度应不小于30Mpa并不得低于混凝土级别;片石应均匀放置于刚浇筑的混凝土上,其 净距不小于100mm片石表面离开基础的表面距离不得小于150mm片石不得接触钢筋或预埋件。(3)混凝土采取分层连续浇注,采用插入式振捣棒振捣。(4)混凝土浇注完毕,及时安插接荏钢筋。接荏钢筋按设计或
30、规范要求埋设,一般设置不小于16的预埋钢筋,钢筋埋入和露出部分长度各不小于钢筋直径的30倍,间距不大于钢筋直径的20倍。(5)混凝土终凝后及时用塑料薄膜覆盖并洒水养护。1.5 基坑回填基础混凝土施工完成并达到强度后,按设计进行片石砌筑和人工分层夯实回填土施 工。回填土质及密实度符合规范、规定要求。2、台身、台帽及耳背墙施工2.1 脚手架施工台身施工的脚手架均采用双排脚手架。2.1.1 选用材料脚手架搭设选用48X3.5规格无缝钢管,采用直角扣件,旋转扣件,对接扣件连接。 用于立杆、大横杆和斜杆的钢管长度以 46.5m为好。有裂缝的钢管严禁使用。有脆裂、 变形、滑丝的扣件禁止使用。(1)钢管:采
31、用48X 3.5焊管,材质Q235-A级,长度不超过6500mm最大质量0 25kg) c 新钢管的产品质量合格证,质量检验报告资料齐全,钢管表面应平直光滑,不应有裂缝、 结疤、分层、错位、硬弯、毛刺、压痕和深的划道并涂刷防锈漆。(2)扣件:新扣件的生产许可证、测试报告和产品质量合格证资料应齐全。旧扣件应 检查其外观,对有裂缝、变形的禁止使用,出现滑丝的螺栓必须更换。(3)脚手板在使用人员密集、使用周期较长的部位,脚手板采用木板。木板用杉木或松木制作, 其宽度200mm厚度50mm两端用1014号镀锌钢丝捆紧。禁止使用腐朽的木板。cnfere nce, eane d supei ors pol
