7、 the equipmentused prior to running the test.用TTR1007测试结果的表格,在测试前完整地填入样机和使用 的设备的情况.6.3 Connect the tester to supply mains of 220V/60Hz, push down the power button, and set thetest voltage range to 2.5 KV, trip current to 55MIU , time to 65s, then push down “START button, turn the test voltage knob t

8、o some extent clockwise and insert the probe connected to red lead into the socket connected to black lead, pressing the“STOP button whe n hearing alarm which shows that the tester is ok in function. 9、源开关，设置电压档为2.5KV,跳脱电流为5MIU,定时65s.按下“测 试开始键，顺时针调节测试电压旋钮到显示屏上显示非零值，将其红线相连的测试棒插入黑线输出插座插孔，听到报警声时按下“测试停止键，表示耐压测试仪功能正常，关掉耐压测 试仪.逆时针将测试电压旋钮旋到底.6.4 Operate the sample until thoroughly heated.按照TAREGP100在开口空载状况下运行样机到热稳定.6.5 Place the sample on the work bench and wrap the motorenclosure with 10 x 20 cm metalfo

10、il affectingthe heat dissipations (if the enclosure areais less than 10x 20 cm, wrap it with the same size metalfoil).停止运行样机，将其置于绝缘工作台上，用10 x 20cm锡箔纸盖住 离马达最近的马达壳但不要影响样板散热，如果马达壳面积小于10 x 20cm就用其同样大小锡薄纸将其全部包住6.6 Plug the sample into the test socket and turn on tester.将样机电源线的插头插入耐压仪测试插座，样机开关置于“or位.6.7 M

11、ake sure the control switch of the sample in“ ONposition, touch the probe on the metal foil closely, then push down the “ START button and turn the voltage knob letting the voltage from zero to the specified value gradually within 5 seconds. Turn off the tester when test is over and turn the voltage
