8、somepartymembers whofocuson thede ofabuse s,ensurewoutsta ndi ng issues, combi ning conce ntrated专业人才培养方案改革的调研报告（工业制造学院机械制造及自动化特色专业建设）面对如何建设特色专业，进一步完善人才培养方案和充实专业方向内涵，我们对四川大学、西南交通大学、西华大学、西南科技大学等重点院校和普通院校的进行了走访与调研，并结合我院学科发展方向和本着学校对我校特色专业发展和建设的要求，即以培养高素质应用型人才为目标，以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为出发点，建立厚基础、高素质的创新人才培养体系的要求

9、，做出如下总结。一、背景分析新世纪，什么是社会前进不可或缺的动力，是科技，而科技的主导者和倡导者就是人才。培养什么样的人才，才能适应21 世纪的中国和世界的发展需要呢？如何培养社会发展所需要的人才呢？这些都是新世纪高等教育所必须思索和解答的问题。其实早在20 世纪六七十年代开始，伴随着高等教育步入社会的中心， 社会需求其实已经与高等教育发展的联系越来越紧密。这就是说， 高校培养人才是为了满足社会需求，但其实高校在进行高等教育的同时， 也应该更多地思考社会到底需要什么样的人才，高校培养的人才是否真正符合社会需求呢？ectificationand strengtheningthemanageme

23、ntrated其实， 先期步入高等教育大众化行列的发达国家和地区早在上个世纪中期就开始探索和构建适应社会需求的人才培养模式。他们的共同点主要集中在：面向市场需求，实施专业教育；重视实践教学，校企合作紧密；以本科教育为主，形成包括研究生教育在内的实用性教育体系等。围绕这种教育体系的形成与建设，必须优先发展和壮大学科的特色专业，利用特色专业的建设，加强人才培养的力度和培养方式的改革，因此人才培养方案的制定与优化当然必须围绕特色专业建设展开， 是特色专业建设过程中的首要环节，也是特色专业建设的重点和难点。要在全面贯彻党的教育方针，遵循教育教学规律的基础上，按照知识、能力、 素质协调发展的要求，根据社

24、会对各类人才的需求、背景和趋势，准确定位人才培养目标。要遵循基础理论教学和专业能力培养并重的理念，体现先进科学的专业教育教学思想，通过吸引产业、 行业和用人部门共同参与研究和确定专业人才培养目标，制定出与学校定位、专业特色、生产实践、社会发展相结合的人才培养方案。而通过调研，我们发现，一些重点院校和普通院校在发展定位上走得均是以本科教育为主，重基础，宽方向，加强实验实训，积极和重在发展研究生教育的办学路线，如四川大学，是一所理论研究型的全国重点综合大学，其机械制造工程学院主要培养的人才是在制造领域内从事科学研究，设计制造、科技产品开发及企业管理等方面的高级工程技术人才，在重视基础理论学习的同时

37、型综合大学，人才培养在学习先进经验的同 时必须结合自身发展特点与需要，走成都大学特色建设的路，而成都 大学工业制造学院所开设机械设计、机械制造类本专科专业已有近 30年历史。机械设计制造及其自动化专业以培养学生设计制造能力 为主线，以加强学生实践能力为重点，强调理论教学与实践相结合， 以机械为主、机电结合，突出计算机技术与数控加工技术的应用，重 视实践能力的培养，强调实践教学环节，学生的工程意识、专业意识、 动手能力都是培养的重点。因而所培养的人才主要处于研究、决策与操作执行层之间的，对工程科学研究成果进行工程技术分析研究、对开发的新产品进行工艺设计实施，能对生产决策进行生产组织，掌握 从事生

49、、边发展的方针， 现正在逐步修改和完善专业教学计划，已进一步确立了应用创新型人才的培养模式，并且还进一步确定了以培养应用创新型人才为核心的人才培养目标；与此同时，本专业继续强调加强专业基础教育、强化实践性环节的教学、突出应用创新能力的培养，结合市场需求，现基本已形成 “基础方向企业需要” 的三段式人才培养接插件模式。在重视基础学科知识教育的同时，把准社会需求方向，灵活制定出学生发展学习的重点方向，依靠社会需求方向学科知识的学习， 加强基础学科知识与方向学科知识的融会贯通，从而使学生在具备机械学科大知识背景的同时，还能尽早掌握企业需求方向的相关专业知识，从而较容易在企业工作中进入角色，做到企业能
