3、0205 2002) ; 固体矿产勘查/矿山闭坑地质报告编写规范( DZ/T 0033 2002) ;固体矿产资源储量核实报告编写规定(国土资发200726 号)及其附录固体矿产资源储量核实报告编写提纲。2.核实报告内容:总内容:核实报告应包括勘查报告有关内容及矿山实际内容,是集勘查、闭坑报告及资源储量管理为一体的地质报告。说明资源储量:因为有保有资源储量,故与其相关的、经勘查的、主要是推测的矿床内、外部条件均应进行说明。因为矿床已开采,与资源储量有关的实际的(也是重要的)内、外部条件应进行说明。资源储量管理:核实报告反映了资源储量管理及地质专业两方面内容, 其中反映了资源储量管理方面的内容是
4、“硬指标”, 如目的任务、矿业权设置及资源储量变化等。3 .核实报告关键核实报告关键是资源储量,采空区资源储量要实测,资源储量要重新估算(动用块段)。4 . 核实报告文字核实报告应内容翔实、文字简练。叙述实际的、结论性的内容。二、编制核实报告经常出现的问题(一)报告封面及扉页1 . 报告封面:核实报告报告名称为XX省(市、自治区)XX县(市、自治县)XX矿区(矿床)XX矿段XX矿(矿种)资源储量核实报告 报告。注意报告名称中不能有企业名称。报告落款单位为矿业权人(与采矿一致),不是报告编写单位。落款时间要比资源储量估算结果截至时间早。2 .报告扉页:报告扉页,将报告提交单位(矿业权人 )及主要

19、中应写甲方的目的。经常出现的问题是:不写甲方的目的,而写方的目的。位置、交通本小节简述矿区的地理位置、行政区划、地理坐标 (经纬度X° X' X)、矿区长、宽、面积,矿区至邻 近主要城市或交通枢纽的距离及公路、铁路交通线等。增加矿业权设置。注意:地理坐标是矿业权的经纬度范围,不要写矿区中心点坐标;交通要写由矿区有什么道路通到附近的公路、铁路;资源储量估算范围不是各个矿体的范围,而是全部矿体包括证实的无矿部分;经常未说明采矿许可范围内、资源储量估算范围外是什么;经常不说明资源储量估算标高、面积、拐点坐标等。自然地理及经济概况本小节简述本区的地形、海拔标高、地貌、河流等,气候、降
20、水量、蒸发量等,地震动峰值加速度及本区国民经济状况等。注意: 有的核实报告经常按核实报告提纲要求而不写本节,这与传统习惯不符。以往地质勘查工作本节叙述以往在本区的地质勘查工作、工作量及勘查(核实)报告编制及审批、上表情况。注意: 本节经常出现不写审批单位及文号,不交待是否经审批、上表,或是只写评审文号;不写本区或不说明是否为本区的工作量;不列表说明。矿山设计开采说明矿山可研、设计、及开采情况。本次工作情况说明本次工作依据的地质资料(主要是最近一次经正式审批上表的资源储量报告)、有关规范及核实方法、核实工作量。注意:未说依据最近报告,而是全部勘查报告;不说明采空区是经实测的;不说明本次核实的工作
21、量。2.第二章 工作区地质本章应包括区域地质、矿区地质、矿床特征、矿石质量、综合评价。注意: 因核实报告提纲无区域地质及矿区地质,故有的报告也不包括这两节,按传统习惯还应恢复;经常不说明矿体的厚度变化系数及品位变化系数。综合评价中要结合规范中的综合评价指标,说明估算、不估算资源储量原因。第三章 矿石加工技术性能本章简述各矿石类型加工技术试验程度及情况,各类型矿石主组分及综合回收组分的回收率等。说明矿山选厂选矿情况。注意:包括试验样的代表性及重量、流程(图)、入选品位、尾矿品位、精矿品位、各阶段回收率等;对尾矿品位与边界品位进行比较说明工业指标或选矿试验的合理性。说明矿山选厂入选品位、尾矿品位、
22、回收率及选矿流程(图)。第四章 开采技术条件水文地质注意:水文地质勘探类型划分为三类三型;采用比拟法计算下一水平矿坑涌水量;矿山近几年实际涌水量。工程地质注意:工程地质勘探类型划分为四类三型;说明矿山顶底板稳固情况。环境地质注意:环境地质类型划分为三类;矿床开采所引发环境地质破坏及采取防治措施及治理建议。开采技术条件小结注意:矿床开采技术条件的类型划分为3 类 9 型。5.第五章 勘查工作及质量评述勘查类型注意:依据规范重新确定勘查类型,并说明5 方面的依据。地质勘查工作质量评述注意:说明钻探工程岩、矿心采取率;基本分析、组合分析项目;内、外检率、合格率(DZ/T 0130 2006已于 20
23、06年 9月 1 日代替了 DZ 0130-1994“地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范”。两个均为实验室规范,目前各勘查规范均未定出地质要求,因此均不强求)。生产勘探工作质量评述注意:说明生产勘探工作量;如生产勘探提高资源储量级别,则其工程、样品化验化验质量与地质勘查同等对待。探采对比注意: 探采对比是说明通过矿山开采与地质勘查对比说明地质、水工环条件的变化情况。6.第六章 资源储量估算注意:应说明本次资源储量估算结果截至的年、月、日;工粘指标应与规范推荐的一般工业指标一致或经有资质单位论证、提出工业指标推荐书。资源储量单位矿石量为万吨,保留2 位小数;金属量为千克,不留小数; 用文字及插表两种
24、形式表示资源储量估算结果;参登记书内容说明资源储量结果:矿产组合(主、共、伴生矿产)、矿产名称金矿、铜矿等、矿石类型氧化矿、原生矿、资源储量编码111b、 122b、333、资源储量矿石量、金属量、平均品位;资源储量估算结果,应先后说明本次保有资源储量、最近报告至本报告的动用资源储量及生产勘探增减资源储量、最近报告资源储量、累计动用资源储量及累计探明资源储量;资源储量变化一节用文、图、表进行说明,其中文、表应说明:最近报告保有资源储量分割出资源储量重叠范围内最近报告资源储量开采动用资源储量本次核实增减资源储量本报告保有资源储量;并说明本次核实资源储量增减的原因。reliable.S ongLi
