6、lfacilities,fire prevention,reports offire公司技能操作人才职业发展管理办法（试行）第一章总则第一条为了加快推进公司人才发展战略，培养和造就一支适应公司发展要求的技能操作人才队伍，拓展技能操作人才职业发展通道，做好公司员工职业发展中技能操作岗位相关职级推荐、申报、评审、聘任、考核等相关工作，根据公司自身实际，制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于公司所属各单位第三条技能操作人才职业发展管理坚持以下原则：（1） 注重操作技能和工作实绩的原则。（2） 发挥重点激励的原则。（3） 向生产一线重点职业、主体工种倾斜的原则。（4） 严格遴选、择优聘任的原则。第四条公司建立

49、fire controlfacilities,fire prevention,reportsoffire考生还可以通过以下两个方式累积学分：1. 积极参与导师带徒活动：带出一名高级工积3学分；带出一名中级工积2学分，带出一名初级工积1学分；2. 积极参加技能大赛：公司级技能大赛前三名，分别积3 1学分；省、市级技能大赛前六名，分别积6 1学分；国家级技能大赛前六名，分别积83学分。职工取得60学分为合格，进入论文答辩阶段。（二）论文答辩阶段：由职工根据本工种、专业的需要撰写论文或专业技术报告，职业技能鉴定所组织答辩。论文答辩环节总分为15 学分，取得9 学分为合格并进入单位综合考评阶段。（三）
