Many women especially young girls, office ladies and white collars have a high request for their shoes. Most ladies intend to own fancy shoes regardless of the price. On the othe

2、r hand, the shoes mean not only its traditional uses, but they are also regarded as decoration. Most women always have more than one shoe, because they have many different kinds of clothes and need different types of shoes to match them, which make them look more perfect. Under these circumstances,

3、I decide to set up a shoe shop.But the problem is that the fashion of shoes is often changing and updating, Consumers find it difficult to find a shop which has a complete range of shoes, while the price is not too high. So I intend to establish a shoe store, located in urban areas, because shopping

4、 downtown has more commercial atmosphere which is more convenient for consumers as the transportation in the urban areas is well-developed. In this way, not only residents but also white collars, even other people from different places will visit our store, bringing more choices for those people, es

5、pecially for the ladies who like to follow the fashions.The shop will occupy about 100 square meters and will offer a wide range of services and comfortable environment to customers. I plan to invest about RMB 250,000 Yuan including the initial cost and working funds, part of which we will borrow fr

6、om our parents or friends. As the shortage of funds, the shop needs a loan of RMB200, 000 Yuan from the bank.After the plan is accomplished I estimate that the revenue will be about RMB600, 000 Yuan and the net profit will be RMB60, 000 Yuan in the first year. The project is expected to increase rev

7、enue and profit by 25% and 30% respectively in the following years and increase more in the future. According to comprehensive marketing research, the new shoes shop will surely offer good quality products and excellent services to satisfy the customers needs, increasing the revenue and profit and i

8、mproving the financial situation.There are different kinds of shoes including fashion shoes, sports shoes, slippers, etc. However, practical "fashion" is our biggest selling point, so fashionable shoes will doubtlessly be our focus. The shop will hire one male employee to handle stock and

9、two salesgirls to offer various services demanded by customers. We strongly believe the store will be run successfully. IntroductionBy collecting information and investigating the market we have learned peoples needs, complaints and suggestions. So a decision has been made after careful consideratio

10、nopening a shoe shop that offers various shoes which can meet all kinds of peoples needs, while the price is reasonable. The store will be more popular among young people.The location is quite good, where there is a heavy flow of visitors, who will probably our potential customers. In addition, ther

11、e are many other advantages, such as transportation, business atmosphere.After the implementation of the questionnaires, we have found that many services are expected to be improved. For example, shopping online will be added. Other services are offered, such as home delivery & cash on delivery,

12、 etc. We will also adjust shopping hours according to the customers requests.The modern women participating in social activities will pay more attention to their dressing. As we all know, they will choose beautiful and fashionable clothes, and no doubt, they must choose a pair of shoes to match them

13、. The styles of shoes are changeable as season goes. So they will often visit shoe shops to pick their favorite style of shoes. We can see that in their spare time ladies often talk about their new shoes. Therefore, we definitely believe that our fashionable shoes can catch their eyes. On the other

14、hand, we will have the direct selling mode, so the price is relatively cheaper. Our management idea is “customer is our god”.An investigation shows that many people have online shopping habits, just clicking the mouse at home or offices to buy what they like. However, there are still some complaints

15、 from them, especially the quality. Now we can solve their worries for old customers. Free delivery is one of our additional services as well as our highlight. They can choose what they like on internet, then quality shoes will delivered to them on time, Furthermore, if someone wants to buy one as a

16、 gift for her friends, they will get a surprise to receive it. As for payment, customers can choose to make payment by cash or by credit card. Its up to the customers.We will use five weeks to decorate the shop. When everything is ready, we will hold the opening ceremony.“Serve you, Satisfy you” is

17、our everlasting tenet. We will try our best to do well in every aspect. Findings and AnalysisOpportunitiesAfter careful investigation, I think it a chance for me to start my own business. As far as the products and shopping location are concerned, there are still some gaps and shoes play an importan

18、t part in modern women. We believe that we will have more and more potential customers if we have marketable products. Besides the above, we will be able to stock shoes directly from the factory which will guarantee the quality of products. From the above factors, we feel we will seize the opportuni

19、ty.New PremisesThe shoes store in urban areas, covering an area of about 100 square meters, has the following features:l Transportation is very convenient, because of its location.l A large parking lot is available.l The room is spacious and bright with big mirrors.l The interior remodeling is fashi

20、onable and comfortable.l There is a large population around the premises.New FacilitiesWe will purchase different types of display shelves for different kinds of shoes. There will be a desk and chair for a cashier. A few sofas and mirrors are necessary for customers. Of course we also need other off

21、ice furniture, a computer, a printer, a DC (Digital Camera), two air conditioners, a telephone/fax and so on.New ServiceWe will offer services according to the requirements and suggestions of our customers. The new services are mainly as follows:l Stock more kinds of shoes, so that customers will ha

36、it will take a period of time. Lastly, something unexpected may take place.Although it is impossible to eradicate all these risks, controlling and managing them is extremely important. We will have to take some measures to prevent such things from occurring. If something really happens, we will try

37、to lower the risks to the minimum level. Firstly, we must offer the customers the best services and top quality products to raise our reputation. Secondly, we will enhance the propaganda to enlarge our influence. Thirdly, we will have promotion activities, offering benefits to our customers. Lastly,

38、 we will visit our customers regularly and keep the feedback and advice from them. Anyway, we will get everything ready to meet the challenges.
