1、.鼻尖整形论文：应用自体软骨修复审美性短鼻合并鼻尖圆钝低平畸形的临床研究【中文摘要】探讨自体软骨在审美性短鼻合并鼻尖圆钝低平畸形整复中的应用方法和效果。方法：通过外切口进路,取自体鼻中隔软骨或同时取耳软骨,必要时取肋软骨,行鼻中隔延伸移植、鼻小柱支撑杆移植、鼻尖结构移植,同时结合鼻尖缝合和软骨、软组织切除技术修复鼻尖。在术前和术后三个月,分别测量鼻长度(n-prn, n:nasion, prn:pronasale)和鼻尖突出度(sn-prn, sn:subnasale),然后进行配对t检验的统计学分析。结果：应用自体软骨修复审美性短鼻合并鼻尖圆钝低平畸形的患者31例。术后随访3个月,满意者30

2、例,满意率达96.7%,1例因出现术后双侧鼻孔不对称畸形,患者不满意,占3.3%。手术前后鼻长度有显著差异(P<0.05),鼻尖突出度有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：应用自体软骨移植,结合鼻尖缝合和切除技术,修复审美性短鼻合并鼻尖圆钝低平畸形,效果满意。【英文摘要】:To explore more satisfactory results in correcting the aesthetically short nose combined with low and blunt nasal tip with autologous cartilage grafts.Methods:

3、External rhinoplasty approach is preferred. We have adopted patients nasal septal cartilage and auricular cartilage or rib cartilage when it was necessary, and carved them to various grafts such as septal extention graft, columella strut and shift graft et al. Then we have used these autologous cart

4、ilage grafts with suture and removal techniques to correct the aesthetically short nose combined with low and blunt nasal tip. We also have measured the length of the nose (n-prn) and the projection of the nasal tip (sn-prn) before and after the operation. Paired t-test was adopted to evaluate the r

5、esult.Results:Thirty one patients accepted nasal tip rhinoplasty with autologous cartilage whose nasal tip was over rotation, blunt and low. All patients were followed up for 3 months. Thirty patients have satisfied with the results, making up 96.7 percent of the total. One patient has dissatisfied

6、with the result because of postoperative asymmetry nostrils, making up 3.3 percent of the total. Nose length before and after surgery were significantly different (p<0.05). Nasal tip projection before and after surgery were significantly different (p<0.05).Conclusion:It is an effective method
